  1. Someone just "traded" for my best item, without my consent. Whoever the thief is, know that I officially hate you. (For everyone's notice, the item which I got back is a one-use item called Sedatives that allows me to cancel a player's vote. If anyone claimed to have such a thing, please arrest them.)

  3. He had always been told never to use an elevator in an emergency. But, well, this was an emergency. His metal leg clanged as he tapped it impatiently. The building rumbled again, the elevator music playing on peacefully in spite of the impending danger. He didn't know what he would find when that door opened. " ♫ Feel the city breakin' and everybody shakin'... ♫ " I told those doctors to let me keep my weapons on me. Is that too much to ask in a time like this? He rolled up the sleeve of his robe and examined his metal fingers, flexing them to get a hold of the way they moved. It felt so natural, as if he had been born this way. " ♫ Stayin' alive, stayin' alive, ah ha ha ha, stayin' aliiiive... ♫ " The elevator came to a halt on the first floor of the hospital. He poked the 'open door' button so hard that his finger broke straight through the button, causing the mechanism to spark. You know, on second thought, this might take a bit of getting used to. After what seemed like an eternity, the elevator doors finally slid open. It was an Epic, all right. Surprisingly, its back was turned away from the elevator, its focus on someone else. No...it can't be... "What now, tough guy?" Scotty said defiantly. [facepalms internally] Remember last time this happened? And the time before that? I'll be lucky to walk away with all my limbs. @Elithanathile @BrightnessRadiant

    Adorable!
  5. LG36 was Eliminators vs Village only and it was blackout. - The man sat up in his hospital bed. He felt perfectly fine; in fact, he had felt okay for at least two weeks. The doctors had, for some reason, decided to keep him here for an entire month after the surgery. Suddenly, the building began to shake. The man immediately sat up and hopped out of bed, his feet hitting the floor with two metallic clanks. They felt good. It was time to give these new legs and arms a test.
  6. Still a fan of Palanaeum to be honest. It's not really that hard to spell. (Maybe that's just my inner X-Wing fan having put up with Kihraxz though )
  7. And then Nighthound died. (There was no funeral.)
  8. Both the 26th and 2nd should work fine for me!
  9. Due to unfortunate but expected circumstances which have freed up my time, I will be joining this game.
  10. @randuir I know that in any normal game, any elim trying that stunt would be outed. But once again, there's the Test which is an automatic bailout mechanic.
  11. I slid the statue into place behind me and crawled farther into the secret passage. That was a close one. The passage in question led from the office I had just left into a spare classroom which hadn't been used in a very long time, as far as I knew. I traveled along the passage for a ways until I came to a hatch in the floor, which I slid aside and jumped down into the vacant room. Or at least, it should have been vacant. At the last second before falling down, I grabbed onto the edge of the hatch. My legs hung down above the table I usually landed on, which was now occupied--a girl was sitting down at it, looking down at a picture she was drawing and surrounded by other drawings of the people around her. She looked up at me hanging from the hole in the ceiling. I blushed slightly. "Um, hello! My name is Logan, nice to meet you." @BrightnessRadiant - Here's my reasoning for my actions yesterday. I nominated Brightness because we're best friends and also as a Discord-related joke (the strikethroughed Chancellor is a reference to a game we've played on there). If you've played a lot of games with me in the past, you'll know that I am strongly against no-lynches, not only because they give us no information but also because one vote could potentially swing it. Though a Shqueeves lynch would give us little to no information, it would protect against vote swings and still not kill an active player. Along that same vein, I also wanted to test for a vote minimum, which we now know there is.
  12. @randuir Once again I was referring to the Test, which I might take at some point depending on how things are going in both threads.
  13. I am referring to the Test. Just because they leave the Court doesn't mean we shouldn't worry about them ever again; there's a fair likelihood that one or both of us may leave the Court as well.
  14. As a response to Randuir, for the grand total of one game I've played with Winter before, their actions have seemed normal to me. I think we should Crusade, because it's dangerous to have a no-vote situation. Reasoning: in a game where alignments can change all the time, a last-minute single vote would be not only disastrous but also generally NAI for future rounds. Therefore, Shqueeves.
  15. My apologies, STINK, I did not know that you had made your intentions known before the game started. I never read the pre-game posts. Thanks, Orlok.
  16. I'd like to just make my opinion known that voting STINK as a medium is a bad idea. We've stated and restated that it's not good to have an eliminator in that position, so I think it should logically follow that we vote on someone who didn't nominate themselves. Plus I don't particularly trust STINK in a position of responsibility.
  17. Gunnerkrigg Court. They said it was a school, but reality proved it to be much more: a place of logic and learning, a base from which to explore the great mysteries of the world. I spent all of my first term finding all the secrets of the place--learning how to get behind every door and into every room, places where I should not have been and places where I definitely should not have been. I would have spent my second term doing this, too, had I not already found everything. So I dedicated it to a different type of exploration. You see, I'm a scientist. I thought this would be the place where I could finally fit in. Then I discovered that the others here are different. Everyone possesses some kind of inexplicable etheric power--everyone, that is, except for me. I'm just a regular guy. So that's where I find myself today, a stranger in a strange land. I still haven't decided if I'm the only sane one...or the only insane one.
  18. PM obtained! I nominate BrightnessRadiant for Chancellor Medium.
  19. I'm assuming I'm in Court because I'm not in the Woods player list? Edit: Full player list:
  20. Okay, I'll join! @BrightnessRadiant My character details will come, depending on which side of the river I end up on.
  21. That's a very loose definition of "keeping up with the game", Sart. I know who the major lynch candidates are in the cycle, and built up a gut read or two, but I've hardly been paying the attention this game deserves. I'm male. I'm not entirely sure your logic, but if I'm village and that makes Roadwalker look like an elim for some reason other than just voting on me; well, I know I'm village, so Roadwalker.
  22. I'm not feeling the Orlok lynch either. I think the fact that he's still alive doesn't tell us anything. My gut's been suspicious of Winter for most of the game, but I think Elenion might be evil too, more so than the other candidates.
  23. QFs move way too fast for me. Sorry guys. Due to the lack of RP, Ceol is withdrawing in place of a mysterious cloaked dude who may or may not even have a body under the cloak.
