    Hey guys, Phil here! All your PMs should be distributed, lemme know if there are any problems! There will be a lynch just like normal for any Day turn; place votes in red and retractions in green. It is my great pleasure to announce the bonus items for today! There is 1 lottery item: a Somatic Mark. Apparently you don't use it like a normal Essence Mark. There is 1 auction item: a special from off-world, the Discerner's Lenses!

    Chapter One: The Fires of Elantris The sun set, and fifteen of the spirits vanished. Thunder crashed overhead. The man in the hooded cloak turned to the five spirits who still stood waiting before him. "You fools!" he cried. "Use the Marks! I told you to make the transition, but by your disobedience we are far behind the others in time and are all in danger of being destroyed!" They heard a deep, haunting laugh echo across the realm. The man tensed. "Rayse." "CORRECT. YOU ARRIVED JUST IN TIME TO WITNESS THE DEATH OF GOD AND THE DESTRUCTION OF THIS REALM. AND AFTER THAT...WELL, YOU KNOW WHAT I MUST DO WITH WITNESSES. IT'S A SHAME THAT--" The cloaked man sensed movement and kicked out, expecting one of Odium's creations, but it was only the man in the facemask trying to steal the box containing the two remaining Marks. The kick connected, and the man in the facemask flew backward and into the water with a look of surprise on his face. The cloaked man turned back in the direction of Rayse's voice. "Our best agent is here to stop you. You know you can't succeed." "YOU WILL NOT BE SAYING THAT AS YOU WATCH YOUR HOMEWORLD BURN." He did not respond, instead distracted again by movement out of the corner of his eye. It was Mr, Red Facemask again. Was he trying to start a...flash mob? The man sighed and shook his head. Spirits can be so odd sometimes. - The fifteen people awoke in their new bodies. They were standing in the same place, but the world around them had changed. What used to be water was now land, and what used to be the island was now a shimmering pool. It was set atop a mountain, looking down on a great city. It had high walls surrounding it in a square, and there were border walls leading to a town in each of the cardinal directions from it. Each person heard the voice of the cloaked man in their minds: Behold: Elantris, the city of the gods. The city of the gods was burning. You must make haste down the mountain. Find your way to Kae, the eastern town. You will find someone there who can help... unless we are too late. Wyrn's wrath has been unleashed. Stop the Dakhor, and save this planet!     Prelude: Sunset “When sunset falls, chaos will be upon us.” The hooded man spoke softly, addressing the twenty spirits around the fire. “Time flows like a river, and we are hurtling through it. Before the time of our destination, a god died. Its power raged through this Realm, destroying everything around it and converting it to pure energy, reaching out across Realms through space. “As soon as the sun touches the horizon and the sky blazes red, use your Mark.” He pointed to one of the glowing objects. “Immediately at the sun’s fall—immediately before this land is ravaged by power—you must make the transition.” He paused, letting the weight of his message sink in. He tried not to let his uncertainty show. Instead, he added wryly, “One last thing: I would recommend staying near the edge of this island—unless you fancy going for a swim.” - The twenty spirits parted, leaving the hooded man alone by the fire. He looked into the box which had contained the glowing, Invested objects. There were still two left. He should have been surprised; he had brought one for each of the sprits. Instead he smiled. Well well. It looks like two of you are not who you seem to be. He remembered the words he had heard before coming to this place: One of them will save the worlds, one of them will destroy it. He hoped dearly that one of them knew what they were doing. Greetings! It’s Phil again, the friendly little voice in your head—in all of your heads, actually. I’m the guy who’s here to go through all the routine stuff, paperwork and autopsy reports and wills and all that crap. My other job is to make sure you don’t do anything stupid, but Rayse is taking up most of my time in that department. This is a Night cycle lasting 24 hou— [you hear a muffled explosion] Ah shoot, looks like Rayse blew something up again. Well, I’d love to tell you more about how this whole thing works, but I gotta go clean up after that kid’s mess. Ciao! PMs are still going out. Countdown to come.     The bandwagon on me is a little worrying; unfortunately for the village I'm just an ABC Smoker so it would have been better to kill a neutral anyway *shrug* I do wonder specifically why me of all the inactives? But if I get lynched then I won't have to worry about playing another game while GMing, so go ahead and see if confirming what I just told you is worth killing a villager.
