  1. Lilia shook her head. "I didn't. I guess we'll either just have to wander around till we find them or just give up and leave." She tapped her chin. "The previous time we found each other by tracking the other group's smell. I can probably enhance your sense of smell, if you want to." She shook her head again. "No, that wouldn't work, you wouldn't have enough practice with it, and the same goes for me as well." She smiled. "Well, I guess we'll just have to wander around until we find them in that case," she said happily.
  2. "Not sure," she told the spirit. "Maybe you can find one if you leave the Fens?" She looked at Amara, then realized that the two of them were underground in a dangerous area. "I guess we should try to get back to the others?" She asked, tilting her head a bit. Shrugging, she unfolded her vines, making sure they were ready if she needed them.
  3. Lilia unfolded one of her vines, grabbing the cup from Amara's without looking up. Laying the paper on her lap to make sure it didn't get dirty, she held the cup in her hand. Clearing her mind, she pictured a large array of symbols, fitting them together. When she was sure she had everything fully pictured she pressed a finger on one of the runes on the paper, and water started condensing into the cup. When it was full she lifted her finger and put the paper back into one of her pockets. She then put the cup at the spirit's lips, and slowly trickled the water into his mouth. She started paying attention to the conservation. Something about the others going off somewhere and her and Amara staying behind to help people. "Sure," she called back, "We'll catch up later." Internally she sighed at the prospect of being a healer, given how boring it was.
  4. Kumiko stood in the distance, watching the other DA members. Grabbing a drink from one of the waiters she kept to one of the corners, trying to avoid attention. She focused, sensing for how long she would be able to keep using the power she got of KanMien. Two more hours at maximum, she found out. After that she'd have to drop the disguise. She sighed, hoping the event would be over before then.
  5. Water, right, Lilia thought. She quickly grabbed a piece a paper from her pocket, together with some charcoal. She started wiping away smudged symbols and re-adding them. "Do you have a cup, or something else that can hold water?" She asked Amara without looking up from the paper.
  6. Lisa saw everybody go down the stairs, and quickly ran after them. She quickly scrambled down the stairs, nearly tripping halfway down the stairs. Just about managing not to fall, she arrived at the bottom, and started looking around with a scared look, trying to see how safe it was, and making sure there was nothing weird hidden in the shadows.
  7. Lisa started breathing quickly, panicking at quakes the sight of things turning to mist. Quickly she started looking around for a way downstairs or outside.
  8. Lilia thought for a bit, remembering what she'd learned in her village. "Maybe," she replied. "It depends on what type of body he has. For a lot of spirits their bodies are just energy. If they are wounded they simply have a shortage, or are leaking energy. You can just give them more to heal them. You can't give those types of spirits actual permanent wounds... generally. If his body is made up out of actual flesh things are more difficult though, since I need to actually know how his body works and how he's injured in order to heal him. And of course, if his body isn't organic..." She paused, and fished around in her clothing for a small crystal. "Well, let's try this first," she said, cracking it and spreading it across the wounds.
  9. What kind of life-extension technologies exist btw? Would genetic modification or nanite-based healing be able to significantly extend someone's life?
  10. Lilia looked at it. "Huh, a spirit," she said, surprised. She kneeled down besides him. "Hey there little guy," she said at him. she looked him over a bit more. "Huh, he looks like he's hurt," she said. "How did that happen?"
  11. Lilia looked up as Amara placed something before her. Ignoring the squabbling kids she looked at it. "What is that," she asked. "Where did you find it?" @Sorana
  12. Sure.
  13. Lilia will probably just run along beside him. She shouldn't have too much trouble keeping up, since her body is somewhat enhanced because of different Fleshcraftings, and she has a spell for increasing physical abilities.
  14. No opinion personally, whatever works the best for the others.
  15. KanMien sighed. "Doesn't that mean that it's legal if a strong Rioter takes control of a Kandra, since a Kandra ranks higher than a Rioter?" They asked. "Why go for all that trouble anyway? Just say that it's illegal to cause direct or indirect harm to others using Investure, magic or Epic abilities, except for in cases self defense and you're done. The only real edge-cases you'd have left would be emotional Allomancy and Epics that can influence a person's mind. For those, I'd say that as long as a person retains their capability of making objective decisions it's fine, and if they can't it's illegal. For reading minds, I'd say surface thoughts and emotions are alright, but deep scans, like viewing memories isn't. Of course, I've got no clue how you'd detect something like that anyway, so I doubt it would really come into play anyway."
  16. It's demonstrated in the books that this only works if the Warders can't channel. If they are channelers compelling them with Warder bonds doesn't work. (WoT spoilers): Also, even if this worked I don't think that an Aes Sedai can compel their Warder to follow their oaths. They might be able to command them not to do a specific thing, but I don't think they can command them not to attack anybody for the rest of their lives. This would be different if an Oath Rod was used to make them swear the Oaths of course, but even in that case someone with Galvris' channeling ability can tie large groups of people up in Air, without them ever being able to do anything.
