  1. Kelsier nodded graciously, still playing the role. “Of course. There’s no rush, I assure you.” Not now that he’d returned the plot to its course.
  2. “The apartment is located in the Fifth Octant, but it’s only a few minutes walk from the Fourth,” Trésor assured him.
  3. Trésor smiled mysteriously as she spooned some of her egg onto her toast. “We can head over there after breakfast. I’ve arranged a motorcar to take us there.” Kelsier nodded, taking a croissant from the bread pile and coating it with a thick layer of butter. “A tailor will arrive later in the day to take your measurements. You should find some fashion folios in the living room. You’ll receive regular day wear of course, but I thought you might like a little more say for evening garb. If you have any color preferences, feel free to let Mr. Aiguilles know.” @Trutharchivist
  4. “We’ve arranged a place for you to stay,” Kelsier said languidly. “As to the latter... Let’s just say that I’m the leader of an organization with some interest in your circumstances. Unless you’ve read the latest book released by Mr. Sanderson,” he smirked, “in which case you can probably guess.”
  5. “The kosher kitchen has two of everything,” Trésor continued. “So you should be able to tell the difference easily. Both kitchens border the dining area, but not each other.” ”We’ve arranged two chefs,” Lord Elariel added, “so cross contamination issues should be minimal. If any of the rest of you have dietary concerns, feel free to inform Ms. Fouet. Mr. Braiser will be cooking for Hoblim.”
  6. “We can arrange fish,” Trésor told him. “I’ve given an overview of the basic laws to one of our members, and he’ll cook for you for the duration of your stay. You’ll have to explain your particular traditions, however. Everything is new and we can arrange a place for you to toivel the utensils.” Lord Elariel nodded, delicately dipping his toast into the cream. “Your apartment is near a stable. I’ve arranged for a milk cow to be transported there; she should arrive later today. You’ll have to supervise the milking, of course.”
  7. “I apologize,” Lord Elariel told Hoblim, “but it was the best we could do on short notice. You are the only one here who can turn on the fires and watch the kitchens, and we weren’t certain which ingredients were allowed without supervising the initial production. ”Hopefully, we’ll be able to arrange something better for the future. Though I’m afraid you will have to manage without meat, unless you know how to slaughter?”
  8. Trésor thanked the waiter as he began laying out trays of food. A full Scadrian country breakfast was laid out for Lilliana and Daryen. A glass plate full of fruit and glass of water was given to Hoblim. The Survivor was handed a platter of Scadrian toast lightly dusted with powdered sugar, granola bits, and adorned with slices of fresh fruit. A small bowl of freshly whipped cream was placed to the side of the plate and cup of foamy cappuccino to the upper right. Trésor was given a sunny side egg an two sliced of toast, one with butter and one with avocado. A large frozen coffee was hers as well. The waiter completed the spread with a basket of breads and croissants, with a selection of butters, olive tapenade, roast garlic and guacamole on the side. Beside this he laid down a platter of pastries: turnovers, sweet croissants, cheese buns, cinnamon twists, coffee bars, and a wide selection of muffins. A pot of coffee, another of tea, and pitchers of water and orange juice were placed at strategic points about the tables. ”If you need anything else...” Kelsier waved him away. “Thank you, but this will do for now.” Bowing, the waiter departed.
  9. No, EST. TPBM likes donuts.
  10. Trésor turned momentarily to frown at the phone. “You should put that away. We don’t have those here.” Kelsier shot her a curious look and Trésor sighed internally. “She’s using a... communication device from my sister’s world.” “Ah.” He paused, turning in Lilli’s general direction. “She’s probably right; using that out here may not be wise.” “Particularly since our waiter is coming,” Trésor noted, gesturing at a man wheeling a cart full of covered dishes.
  11. Not at the moment, no. I do like getting new ones though. TPBM has many pens, including artist pens.
  12. I really have no clue? WTWTTSW the Survivor cuts you loose? Random, are you going to post on the RP?
  13. “Two of Bands reversed,” Trésor suggested. “You’ve picked that one before.” “Ten reversed,” Kelsier said quietly, just the slightest note of regret in his voice. “I suppose it means things are going as planned.” He sighed briefly, then his smile returned as though it had never been gone. “Skaa of Bands upright.” Trésor nodded thoughtfully. “Curiosity and opportunity. I can see it.”
  14. I’m the Survivor’s personal chauffeur? WTWTTSW Kelsier gags you again and drags you off to actually answer his questions?
  15. Let’s go commit crimes! WTWTTSWY learn that only works if you are committing crimes under the Survivor’s authority?
  16. Not a clue. Care to explain? I think it’s chocolate and chili. I’ve had chocolate/chili ice cream and spicy hot chocolate on occasion. It’s sometimes called Aztec chocolate, I think. TPBM has had something chocolate-chili flavored and liked it.
  17. I am too tired to type straight...
  18. I changed it, as I wasn’t typing what I was thinking.
  19. Leras sacrificed his cognitive aspect for Ati’s prison. So things were weird there.
  20. “Mistborn of Metals is also a possibility,” Kelsier noted. “Though I don’t think the interpretations fit Vin very well.” ”You would know better than I,” Trésor demurred. “They do work for you though.”
