The last thing Leras does before dying is appear to Elend and point to the Northeast. He also did that the first time he met Elend. If you trace the two lines from their approximate locations, you end up in the far right corner of the Terris mountains. Hence the question: what was in the Terris Dominance that Preservation was pointing to? And why was it so important that Leras used the last of his strength to try and tell Elend about it?

Yes, which is why any Fullborn who knows what they’re doing will trounce a fifth oath Edgedancer/Dustbringer. The heralds are so skilled that they’d still have a chance, but only two have the speed.

It also depends on whether Ruin still exists. T is bound to promises Odium the Shard made. But Harmony is not Ruin and Preservation. Harmony is its own Shard. R&P formed the components, but the result was something new. Like if you take flour and water you end up with dough. Dough is not flour and not water, but something new created from those components. Except that this change created an entirely new element. So it’s entirely possible that since Harmony isn’t actually Ruin or Preservation, but an entirely new Shard, he isn’t bound by prior Shardic agreements. Which goes a long way toward explaining why other Shards want him ignorant...

It’s actually three factors: speed, leeching, and double pewter. The first allows you to move faster than anyone can react. The second allows you to remove the healing abilities of your opponent. The third allows you to kill them. Which means you need to move fast enough to avoid 2, otherwise 3 kills you. The only ones I see having that chance are the Edgedancers, Dustbringers, and their respective Heralds. But then you have to consider all the other abilities a Fullborn can bring to bear and the experience Vin has as an allomancer. Which is where I think the highly experienced Chana and Pailia might be able to bring her down. Chana, who is more combative than Pailia, might even have a chance against Kelsier (who is far more experienced with the Fullborn power set). But no one else has a hope.

The problem is speed. If we eliminate the ‘fast enough to leave a vacuum’ problem, then there are a lot more possible winners.

Kelsier, assuming he has all the powers necessary for him to have made the Bands in the first place. He has 350 odd years of experience with those powers and he’s more cunning than Vin. And experience and cunning are the two things that tend to matter with Allomancy. Kelsier’s powers (we assume) are native to him. He’s also used to instinctive compounding of attributes. Vin isn’t, so she’ll run out long before he does. After Kelsier, I’d guess Chana and Pailiah, provided they have their honorblades. With the surge of Friction they’d have the possibility of moving fast enough to counter Steelspeed. (Otherwise anyone fighting a Fullborn dies immediately.) The other heralds are amazing fighters, but they can’t move fast enough.

Hey, I’m both! Kinda... I’m working on the therapist bit. Kell’s last words to Vin were also pretty harsh, if we’re being fair. And I do think some of what she said came from knowing that he wasn’t going to follow her Beyond. But I think she told him what she did because she KNEW it was the last thing she would say to him. And she remembered the effect Kelsier’s last words had on her. And she wanted him to remember them whenever he remembered her. Because Kelsier’s story has a long way to go. And there’s something in his future. Something I think Leras saw when he Preserved Kelsier and again as he died and Kell Ascended. Something Sazed saw when he refused to resurrect Kelsier because “Sazed believes in Kelsier more than Kelsier does.” Something Vin saw when she was Preservation. Her words were harsh, yes. But as Kelsier continues to survive, continues to plot and manipulate, continues to scheme and contrive, it’s something he needs to remember. Something he needs to hear from one of the few people he can’t ignore and won’t forget. Something he needs to keep in mind as he moves through the centuries; something to keep him on the right side of the line; something to push him toward becoming a better man. And Vin was never going to get another chance, nor a better one, to tell him. I don’t know if that helps, but that’s how I see it. She told him what he needed to hear, not necessarily what she wanted to say. And that’s love too.
