(He said more, but I can't really remember well enough to write down) Q DUring this same scene, Hoid mentions that he'd been named after a rock, a very beautiful one. Was this a reference to Dragonsteel? When he had the name Topaz? A Yes. Q: Stone is sacred to the Shin. Do Oathstones have anything to do with that? A: Yes. Oathstones have a lot to do with their religion. Q It is mentioned that Lift went to the Old Magic. What did she get? Do you know what she got? A It is mentioned in Edgedancer.

    Yay! These are amazing (I know what to make a certain friend of mine for her birthday (she's a Sanderfan)) Thanks for the tip! To help me feEl like I am getting better, I make it so I look at my old art at least once a week. It really helps. Every artist feels they suck. I remember that. I call that "Artist syndrome" which is pretty much saying, you can't be a good artist without having at least one time where you felt terrible about your "lack of skill" You're great! Keep doing what you're doing!

    I am totally going to make a knight s t shirt. Sheep, your art is so good, it makes a lot of other people's art look like a 2 year old's. You'r great. And, you'really amazing at coming up with funny things. Any tips for a somewhat beginner artist?

    Brandon Sanderson loves his writing. He loves his fans. He loves to see and reckognize what his fans do. He realizes how important his fans are to his writing career. Tome completely honest, I know a lot of Sanderfans who haven't read Stormlight Archive yet. Fans that, if he hadn't written anything else, he wouldn't have. And, one reason I love,Brandon Sanderson is that he goes out to see his fans, and help people learn to write.
