  1. Okay, so just to be 100% clear he said I wasn't an elim, and that scan was to find out if I was bleeder. Not saying that Pyro should be trusted, but in this case he should be! The second part looks a bit suspicious to me? Did he ever say why? If not then that could be protecting a teammate.
  2. Also they straight up said that I wasn't an elim, although I understand that you guys probably won't believe that one as much. (even though it's true)
  3. Agreed. I don't think that's how poke voting works. That's a straight up lynch train.
  4. Hey man, you ninja'd me in the MR, I'm just paying it forward!
  5. While I like your analysis of Kandra, why did you vote on Mist? Araris is already voting for them. Plus you didn't red out your vote either, so was it a legit vote?
  6. Wait, it was actual brownies? I thought it was just brownie points! Man, I would have tried so much harder!
  7. Defensive? I'm sorry if it came off that way, I was just trying to be thorough. I was being more defensive last cycle I thought, and now that it's a new cycle I want to stop being laser focused on Pyro and start looking at other players more in depth. In my opinion a player shouldn't suspect another player JUST because someone else suspects them, but it's 100% okay and encouraged to be swayed by others arguments because they point out what makes you suspicious. For example if Orlok suspected Experience, then look at why they suspected them and use that to analyze them. And I was just ninja'd by DeTess who said that in a much better way. Thanks DeTess! EDIT: And ninja'd by Matrim as well. noice.
  8. First off, a lot of those - namely BR, Reading, experience, and me (also known as everyone but Devotary) - are based off of other peoples reads and analysis. I'd love to see why YOU specifically see them as suspicious. Secondly, We can't really trust anything that Pyro said, he was a good player who very well could have been lying and manipulating us in regards to what he said. I don't think we should trust his words on the activity and experience level of players.
  9. Okay, but why? What is your reasoning?
  10. Yes, we are guaranteed to get the role that we didn't receive last time.
  11. He isn't saying that he suspects TJ, he is adding to TJs list. @Matrim's_Dice Could you explain your suspicions a bit more? I find your way of hiding information to be worrying and suspicious. You've hidden behind other peoples logic for a while now.
  12. My bet is two, but the GM can clarify. @StrikerEZ On the subject of the Kandra, Thematically it would make sense that they have their own special powers not associated with allomantic and feruchemical abilities, right? So I would think that in the game they would have their own set of abilities and not have allo/feru roles. This is concerning, but since we don't know what those roles are we have no way of finding them based on that analysis. I don't think it would benefit the village to go looking for them with such little information. So my thinking is that the best strategy would be to go after the elims as normal and hope that the Kandra is acting suspicious enough to make us think they're an elim.
  13. Can someone recap why Xino is suspected of being Bleeder?
  14. Sart is not Bleeder, they are a smuggler and nothing but a smuggler.
  15. Alright folks, time for the madness to begin! I have a feeling that trying to analyze each and every single role will be a tiresome and tedious job for whomever (cough cough @xinoehp512) decides to take it on. (JK Xino, I do NOT expect you to go through all of them!) I don't think there is one specific strategy for finding elims this game outside normal strats, although with roles it can get messy really quickly. I personally don't like using PMs, but if anyone wants to PM me then please feel free!
  16. Okay, the vote is 6 for Pyro and 5 for Bugsy. I don't know how much vote manip the elim team has, but I think we should probably have enough? Probably one or two more votes on him would guarantee Pyros lynch tonight.
  17. @TJ Shade LyLo is a term used to signify a cycle where the villagers HAVE to lunch an eliminator or else they lose the game. It's short for lynch loss or lynch lose.
  18. Bugsy, you have a good point. If I'm bleeder then this is a really bad plan to follow. And I really have no way to prove to you that I'm not Bleeder. The only way to stop this plan is to lynch me. But I guarantee you that I'm not Bleeder, so you'd be wasting a lynch on someone who could get you information that frankly we all want/need. And I still sustain that Bleeder shouldn't even be the focus of this lynch. EDIT: Ninja'd by Pyro. I haven't really, I'm not sure who has, I just assume there are bodyguards out there. EDIT 2: @The Young Pyromancer If Sart was roleblocked then why vote for him? doesn't that mean that he is less likely to be Bleeder?
  19. Why would the eliminators kill me if I'm getting information on Bleeder who they are also trying to find and kill? And the bodyguard doesn't even have to say anything to anyone, I just need to survive until next cycle so they would really only need to protect me without saying a single word.
  20. Yeah, that's what I'm saying. Either I die (In which case you'd all know if I was an elim or not (I'm not by the way)) or I find out whether or not Sart is bleeder. If they are we lynch them next cycle, and if not then we avoid lynching someone who isn't bleeder. And in the meantime we can look at the elim team, or even just Pyro since they are an outed elim and it would benefit the village to lynch them. Actually doesn't that make it work as described even better? I mean if Bleeder can do nothing but try to kill me then if I have protection there is nothing getting in the way of me actually getting the information we want. I'm not sure I know what you mean. Yeah, you have to put faith into the fact that I'm not lying, but why would I lie? If I'm a villager then I'd tell the truth because there would be no point in lying. If I'm an elim then I still wouldn't lie because the elims want bleeder dead as much as the village does. And I'm not bleeder because of my scans. Yes, there are other ways of me knowing, but not if I'm bleeder because bleeder has been killing and not scanning most of the game. You would also need to trust a bodyguard, but that's not something we can really control since the bodyguard basically has to trust me and nobody knows who the bodyguard is. I feel like the main reason people are seeing me as suspicious is because of my vote on HH last cycle (which was a miscalculation on my part, I misread the vote count) and the way I've been treating the search this cycle. That comes from different priorities I think, I want to catch elims more than Bleeder right now because I feel that bleeder has a very small chance of hitting Winsting, and I'm scared that the eliminators are gaining more and more information and traction without any interference from the village. For the record though (and to try to lessen the suspicion on me), I don't think that this is the mindset that an eliminator would have. I mean I'm trying to get Pyro lynched, I feel like that isn't something an elim would do.
  21. Okay, let me try to put it another way then, I don't think that Sart is bleeder. I don't plan on lynching them over it yet. So I plan on scanning Sart anyways, because that's what I can do with my action. If it works then I've cleared Sart and you all don't have to use a lunch to find out. But if it doesn't then there is more to talk about, more shenanigans going on to discuss, and more than likely Start will be lynched then. There isn't much else I can do with my action than try to carry out this plan, so I was hoping to have support in it. But if not, then I may full well die trying to carry it out. @Bugsy I hope that explains why I've been talking about my plan like I have.
  22. @Experience If Sart is bleeder then they probably wouldn't have a roleblock though, because the roleblock aspect of this come into play if Sart was roleblocked, not if he had a roleblock. If bleeder isn't Sart and has a roleblock, then if they kill me I'm hoping I have body guard protection. If they roleblock me then I see it as clearing Sart since the only reason someone would roleblock me is to make sure I can't scan Sart again, something only Bleeder would want. But if roleblocking me clears Sart then what's the pont of roleblocking me? It would be better to kill someone else in an attempt to kill Winsting. @TJ Shade If Bleeder can roleblock then they wouldn't be able to redirect as well. They already have Bleeder as one role, and either escort or extortionist would take the other role (if one even does) but not both.
  23. I can scan Sart again this cycle. So long as I am alive next cycle we will have our answer as to whether they're bleeder or not. That way we don't have to use the lynch to kill them.
  24. like bribing them with info, or maybe they just pocketed someone real good. I mean it's not a fleshed out idea, but it's technically possible! Likely? now that's a different story. But Bleeder could still be an escort themselves. Thank you! I send in my target this cycle and I get the results at the beginning of next cycle.
  25. A global tie is when every single player has the same number of votes (like 0 for example) so tying three playeers isn't causing a global tie and therefore wouldn't be roleblocked. However an escort could definitely have roleblocked them to cast more suspicion on them. Especially if it was Bleeder. I can see a scenario where bleeder is also an escort or bribed an escort or something so that Sart couldn't do their ability.
