Dead elims cannot submit NKs, no. I assume Archer meant those in the pool of players that died last Loop.

I would torture y'all to the end of the Loop actually. (Not a joke. Loops never end early, Masks like Bremen and Romani can theoretically clutch + it would essentially hard clear or hard confirm the exed candidates depending on the results; there needs to be obscurity)

Postman was running late today. I think if you got a PM you should have been notified, but it did fuse the PMs so I'm not sure how that interacts. Please check your PM if you've got the hubris to believe someone might want to send you a letter
