    This name is based off of Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy... I've read enough of it to remember that... Basic Theory is Possible. Unknown if probable, but possible.

    In Shadows of Self, The Ars Arcanum Says this; So I would guess that it's an effect of having both Transportation and Transformation; The Surge of Transportation includes 'Motion', so I would assume it's because the two powers are working together.
