    I have the superpower of encrypting all communications with me. That way I never understand anything and no-one ever hears my brilliant plots to take over the world (that I obviously am discussing with myself, because what villain doesn't tell the hero their plans when it looks like they have it in the bag). My other superpower is turning off my brain. I am proficient in entering into a state of thoughtlessness. Someone is tailgating me? Slam on my brakes, because why not? Your enchilada flies out the window of your Mercedes Benz? Gotchu fam *jumps out after it. Someone tries to logic against me?? nah. Oh and I'm pretty sure my sarcasm level is over 9000.

    Am I the only one who really didn't like light bringer? I mean it was written well but I just found that the magic was too ... vibrant, that and it didn't really fit in the world properly. How good is the second book anyway? Is it better or worse than the first one? For some reason the world reminds me of The Gentlemen Bastards and I like that way more.

    Just finished Sanderson's calamity, alloy of law, shadows of self, and Staveley's emperors blades and providence of fire (very very good)(all last 3 weeks). Reading bands of mourning, Jordan's Fires of heaven, and Gardens of the Moon at the moment. Thinking about reading Robert Jackson Bennett's city of stairs, any thoughts? And how about Jasper Fforde, I'm a huge satire fan (love sir TP's discworld) but am afraid to dive in.

    True, I need to see that thread, would ShardTripWire not just kill your legs? why not put it at height to clothesline people. get two horses with two riders holding shardwire between them killing everyone in their path (just give horses shard armour)
