The Ultimate List of Questions for Brandon
ParadoxicalZen replied to Chaos's topic in Cosmere Discussion
Well, I meant can you swap the attributes, I.e atium spike with allomantic bronze gets rewritten to give allomantic pewter. I'm thinking the whole 'investiture blocks investiture' thing would stop 2 or more powers being able to happen (unless both take up an equal percentage of the Spike's potential capacity) but I wonder if you could rewrite the spike Another question; could you make a kandra from a human or is the mistwraith stage the foundation/starting point of the process? -

Could a spike that can take alternative attributes be used again to steal another, different attribute (we'll say atium, given its apply-all nature) -

A question on cognitive representation: in the cognitive realm, what has more weight to it; how a person/thing sees them/itself or how everyone sees them/it and how does this translate exactly into the Physical Realm? I.e thinking along Nalthian Returned lines hetre -
I still have no idea of different formats/styles etc. Is pauper EDH/Comm?

Interesting idea, upvote!

Khriss is researching and creating (presumably) a guide/encyclopaedia to understanding Realmatic Theory and Investiture Interactions (a la Ars Arcanum), Hoid is planning shenanigans and likes to learn niche tricks

I've been laughing at OHSHC

If anyone could get any insight/clarification on Harmony's potential Omnipotence, that would be great and much appreciated
-
It could be that the Svrakiss are a combination of Dominion/Odium Investiture
-
Wait, do we have confirmation Khriss and Nash are actually 17th Shard members?

[BoM] Edwarn and the Creature into oblivion
ParadoxicalZen replied to maxsillitoe's topic in Mistborn
What is important to note is that (at least in the UK kindle version) Realm is capitalised, so I think we haven't seen the last of Edwarn (perhaps in the Cognitive) -
Or perhaps Kelsier is causing mischief elsewhere?

[Secret History Spoilers] - Inquisitor Funeral Question
ParadoxicalZen replied to Comatose's topic in Mistborn
The spikes are because of Haemalurgy being Ruin's domain and the Well was Preservation's investiture, with their opposing natures...well you've seen their natures -
Allik mentions the reason the SoScads need the bands is to fight the Deniers of Masks. Anyone have an idea as to who they might be; Trell followers?; another tribe of SoScads?
-
Something we're forgetting; SoScads change their masks as a result of major changes or achievement. It could be some of Iyatil's people migrated, she changed her mask when she was young to mark the change in world and then grew into the one she wears now. It could be a good question to ask Brandon if she ever changed her mask when she was young. Edit; just reread the part about Hunters, and apparently they only change masks once, perhaps as a right of becoming an adult?

Question is; do either of the bubbles leave you feeling like jumping to left?

Sweet, cause I saw Morpheus' Overture statue in Auckland and I wanted it so much *_*

can we get an explanation of what Minor BoM spoilers
-
I just see it as Wayne being Wayne; he's lewd, crude, and as of BoM, not much of a prude.
-
Would be interesting to see if Svarkiss/breath/spren would provide the same effects as spikes do for kandra
-
Super sorry about the necro, but has anyone else read the Sandman and accompanying novels?

The fact that Demoux in his appearance seems more substantial in form than a cognitive shadow would in the physical (a la Threnody) and is working in tandem with the other individuals from a group whose policy could be extended to nonintervention, which doesn"'t seem a very Kelsier thing to do

Or perhaps as a talented Kandra, she moved herself into the path of the bullet. I'm with Harmony here; don't get me wrong, it was a sucky thing he had to do but I get whyt he did it. S'easy to judge from a human perspective as we aren't cursed with his knowledge, and the whole situation could have been avoided if Paalm had done as originally (assuming Harmony did this anyway) instructed and gotten Wax to go back when it was first mentioned (whenever that was exactly)
