lol why would elims kill ventyl if we declare well lynch her if she survives? elims can read thread too...
-
recognising im voting on him, id note that gears behaved in a similar manner in my qf, insofar as rejecting d1 lynches or voting to gain info. strong disagreement with him, obvs, but less ai than if another made same erroneous point. also, get rekt, wilson. you thought i couldnt do this.
-
what value in waiting and seeing over posting and creating discussion? not like you can only vote once... marry me.
-
no but less useful to village than post game start analysis. no vote, lol? why not...
-
plz can we not rehash d1 lynch arguments again? clearly no reason not to vote asap. no lynch minimum so someone will die. may as well see who you want to engage with, right? i think el is trying too hard. whether overexcited villager or elim not sure. gears rubbing me the wrong way. always sus of analysis posts written pregame. way to easy to colour opinions without giving away alignment info. gears. no hard feelings, but would also be willing to lynch el.

Quick Fix 45: To Set an Example
Orlok Tsubodai replied to Orlok Tsubodai's topic in Sanderson Elimination
The night was a clear one, free of ash falling from the sky. Stars twinkled down upon the streets. Down in the city below, a thieving crew moved outside the walls of Tormander Keep. They moved slowly, opening windows, climbing over rooftops, and moving through the sewers. Mystic brazenly walked in through the servants entrance, carrying a heap of laundry. Nobody looked at her twice. House Tormander was rumored to have a lavish collection of jewelry displayed in the main hall, embedded with sparkling diamonds and winking rubies. Even more, the metals of the bracelets and necklaces in the stash could be melted down and sold to Allomncers. Rumor had it that the prize of House Tormander’s collection was a small ring with a single bead of atium displayed like a gem. The money from that could support the entire crew for life. One by one, the members of Rae’s thieving crew drew closer to the center of the house, where the jewelry was displayed. But it was not to be. As they stepped into the room, Fifth, Eternum, and Ash drew hidden spikes from their bodies and turned on the others. They were not crewmembers at all, but Steel Ministry infiltrators seated among the ranks. Rae’s crew fought back, but one by one they all fell to the Obligators. Vapor was the last to fall. Between bloody lips, she croaked out, “Et tu, Ash?” Ashbringer only smiled as they brought their spike down through Vapor’s brain. An Inquisitor stepped out from the shadows and smiled upon the remaining Obligators. “Well done! I was worried about your progress, but you did your work in time.” Eternum hastily bowed. “We stopped them from robbing House Tormander, sir.” “Indeed,” said the Inquisitor. “I have already retrieved Mint from her imprisonment, and gotten her testimony to events. Eternum, she had nothing but praise for you, and insisted that you be promoted to Prelan.” Eternum lifted his head hopefully. “Of course, it is too early to say. A single infiltration does not a Prelan make! Perhaps in a few more years.” The Inquisitor’s smile widened. “Get up, all of you. We have work to do.” Truthwatcher was lynched. They were a Skaa. MysticLotus was killed. They were a Skaa. The Obligators have won. Player List: Eliminator Doc Dead/Spec Doc Spreadsheet So ends QF45. Thank you all for playing. I hope you enjoyed it, and look forward to hearing your thoughts on the voting mechanics. From my own perspective, they didn't quite pan out as I expected (a valuable lesson for any GM with any set of mechanics, I think), but further thoughts will follow in due course. Congratulations to the eliminators, and to all our new players who contributed so well in their first games. Many thanks are owed on my part to Rae, who stepped in at no notice to co-GM when personal issues took Stink away from helping. Her write-ups have been fantastic, and have saved you all from cycles of Cycle X: TBC. For those of you who haven't already, go and sign up for LG67: The Road to Urithiru - if it is anything like LG13 was, it will be great fun.- 589 replies

Quick Fix 45: To Set an Example
Orlok Tsubodai replied to Orlok Tsubodai's topic in Sanderson Elimination
Hey, uh this is Rae here. Crewleader Stink is out for the day, so he asked me to check in on you. Oh. Is that a body? Wait, is that Pyromancer? Look, I know y’all had your disagreements, but that's no reason to kill him! That's the entire reason why we have a crewleader, so we can resolve disputes without killing people! This is, like, the second time you've tried to kill him over an argument. But you actually did it this time. Honestly, it's kind of hard to recognize the body. There’s… a lot of blood. Wait a minute. Who’s that in the corner? Matrim? You’re saying someone murdered him in the middle of the night and stuck him with a spike right through the heart? Gives me the creeps just looking at it! Somebody sort out this mess soon, or else Stink will be forced to disband the crew. Remember, we’re here to steal stuff, not murder each other, and we can’t steal nothing if everybody’s dead. Vote Count: The Young Pyromancer: 14 (Gears, Matrim's Dice, Ashbringer, Straw, Vapor, Shard of Reading, Mist, TJ Shade, The_Truthwatcher, The Young Pyromancer, Frozen Mint, Fifth Scholar, Devotary of Spontaneity, Lahilt) TJ Shade: 4 (Eternum, MysticLotus, Ventyl, StrikerEZ) The Young Pyromancer was lynched. They were a member of the Skaa Thieving Crew. Matrim's Dice was killed. They were a member of the Skaa Thieving Crew. GM Announcement: Votes on TJ Shade as "TJ" are incredibly difficult to see and count. If you intend to vote on TJ Shade, please vote on him as "TJ Shade". If further votes are made as "TJ" and I miss them, I reserve the right to absolve myself of blame and not correct the issue. Player list:- 589 replies

Quick Fix 45: To Set an Example
Orlok Tsubodai replied to Orlok Tsubodai's topic in Sanderson Elimination
Hello everyone, this meeting is just to kinda let you all meet up with your fellow Skaa and find out just you know who works with what and all the usual stuff I’m sure you’re not new to this thing. But first, I’m sure you’re all thinking ‘oh my, who’s this fellow speaking to us all?’ and to answer that question, I’m the guy responsible for this thieving crew. Not much else to say really about me, since this meeting is for you guys to mingle and get to know each other. Think of it as more of an informal gathering, rather than a formal meeting. Us Skaa don’t really do formality after all, ya feel me? Maybe I’ll have more to talk about next time I call a meet-up, but you know I got things to do and doesn’t really look like anything urgent is happening so I guess this is adios from me, and don’t question how I know the phrase adios it’s something I just happened to invent just now we’re still in Mistborn world for all you RPers out there somewhere. Vote Count: The Young Pyromancer: 5 (Gears, Matrim's Dice, Ashbringer, Eternum, Fifth Scholar) Lord_Silberfarben: 7 (Straw, Vapor, TJ Shade, The_Truthwatcher, The Young Pyromancer, Frozen Mint, Devotary of Spontaneity) Vapor: 1 (Mist) Fifth Scholar: 1 (Lord_Silberfarben) Straw: 1 (MysticLotus) Lahilt: 1 (Xinoehp512 Eternum: 1 (StrikerEZ) Matrim's Dice: 1 (Lahilt) Lord_Silberfarben was lynched. They were a member of the Skaa Thieving Crew. Xinoehp512 was killed. They were a member of the Skaa Thieving Crew. Player list:- 589 replies

Quick Fix 45: To Set an Example
Orlok Tsubodai replied to Orlok Tsubodai's topic in Sanderson Elimination
With the death of the Lord Prelan Orielle, there was a position up for grabs within the Canton of Orthodoxy. I’m sure it doesn’t need to be mentioned what exactly that position is, as we all know why you’re really here. However, it surely doesn’t make much sense for there to be Obligators and then immediately above the Lord Prelan who rules over all (that the Lord Ruler also rules over) now does it? And so we must introduce at least one tier inbetween, who shall be named the COO (Chief Obligator Officer). And that COO? Why, it must of course be me, who you can call COO Perative. As Perative, it is my duty to find a replacement for Lord Prelan that isn’t me, but I don’t really feel like putting much effort into it this time, you know? So much hassle when an Inquisitor can just come in wherever they feel like it and then the whole situation has to start over again. And so I come up with a new system, just like that! You see, Orielle was ultimately quite inept when it came to dealing with the Skaa who feel like they can go above their station in life, so to solve that I will have those Obligators here prove that they will not have such problems in their future career. Your task is quite simple. You will all be sent to one such group with the goal of dismantling their plans through any means necessary. And I want you all to co-operate on this one, as it is only step one of the interview process for the Lord Prelan position that you all must so covet. Anyone who doesn’t make it back? Well, they have quite simply failed the process from the very start. I have high hopes for you Obligators, and know that any exceptional performances will be rated quite highly for further stages in the process. With that, I wish you good luck and a safe trip to the city of Fadrex. Welcome to QF45. Please remember that you must vote every cycle. Ties shall be decided randomly. Player list:- 589 replies
