Okayokayokay Done a quickish skim read of the threads. some thoughts, a lot of ?????? o_O? I gotta say The elims have done a good job of being not ellimy imo cause yeah. I tried building a suspicion list of who I thought were villagers vs eliminators. A lot of players were constantly bouncing from hard evil to hard village to I HAVE NO IDEA. Also I feel like I'm stepping into very very different shoes. I have a feeling if asked questions about elks behaviour I will not have answers for you I'm afraid. Things I noted from the read-through of the game: People have been after mist a lot this game? people sus, but enough trust only one dead evil- means a good amount of current players are likely evil. Given there's a lot of people seeming trustworthy, that concerns me. condensation kinda chaotic but hemalurgist? Danex sus but claimed mistborn so apparently, that makes it okay? Thats a lot of villagers lynched. Interestingly, out of current living Araris has been part of every successful lynch. TJ and Whysper often key lynchers as well. See spoiler: It just always makes me concerned when the same people often vote together and lead the lynches. This makes me sus of Araris and TJ more than Whysper The lack of death is interesting. The option id feel most likely is that danex is elim pretending to be mistborn so that the kill seems legit and like it is confirming their mistbornness but I'm a paranoid player. Its just like at this stage elims are being clever so face value don't mean much. Sneaky elims bus teammates, good elims don't ally themselves together also also, sometimes if there's miscommunication and two elims try put in order those can cancel and nothing happens too, idk if that's a case in this game though but that's happened to me as elim before so can add that to the list of possible explanations also also also while the going after inactive cause probably elims is a good call, I'd recommend making sure that if we do lynch a quiet folk, that is there actually info we can learn if they are evil? anyways I'm still getting my head around what I think about each people, this is just my initial having read things thoughts. Araris i will never trust ( <3 past experience, I'm sure you understand, take it as me thinking highly of your ability), so I can fully see him being evil despite his parts in the ashbringer lynch (imo everything he did there would be a very good elim play to gain the trusts, but idk), and Danex has me concerned from the kill stuff feel free to ask me clarifications on that mess of stream of thought I will try formulate more thoughts on request? sidenote- how many actions can people do in one turn? is it just one? Like, could someone protect and do the elim kill at the same time? could that be another potential thingy that happened? like, the active elim who normally doing the kills choosing to do a different action out of necessity or something...?

Hm. Whats vapor said so far… They voted araris in retaliation of them voting on them, talked about growlerys, some rp, removed vote off araris, votes striker. So the votes on Vapor all happened since their last post so they’ve not really had a chance to respond as such, so I’d feel uncomfortable committing them to death without giving them a chance to say anything. I don’t necessarily find them suspicious, but they have’nt really been giving any reasoning for their voting, which is something I’d like to see in the future, when people should have more reasoning for their votes. Obviously its hard this early to have much to say. Hm. There is part of me that wonders if those voting vapor could be defending silber in a way? I suppose it depends on what alignment they flip. At least there should be some information to be gained from silber I think? Well, at least, if they’re evil, theres people to look into. Theres gonna be less to go off of if their good obviously but idk. Its something? I'm pretty sure we should be safe from a hammer right..? though more votes is going to be safer for sure. We don't need a lg 15 repeat where the game ended cycle one because village let the elims hammer. In that case Silber While I have been getting a more villager vibe from you and appreciate your willingness to respond in thread to people, its going to be better for us to consolidate the voting on one person rather than making it a tie and letting luck or hammers decide, even though i believe you'd be a player who would contribute well moving forwards. There was a squirrel sitting in the dirt, sea breeze rustling the flowers around her. Her name wasn't really Squirrel, it was Amber, but her love for being outside, bounding from interest to interest, only ever staying still when a pencil or brush was in her hand, as well as her orange tinted hair, it was a nickname that her friends had long given her. Her pocket journal in front of her, she was peacefully coloring in a little sketch she had done. There were some delightful bright yellow flowers she'd come across, and a flower crown made from these flowers was in the dirt in front of her. "There." Wearing a satisfied smile, Squirrel put her brush down, admiring the little piece she'd created. Her peaceful art time in the garden was cut short though, as there was a sudden sound of commotion coming from inside. What...? Grabbing the flower crown in one hand, journal in the other, she quickly made her way inside to the Lounge to investigate what on earth was going on. "Whats going on in here? What happened!" Because i'm extra and the whole reason i chose the artist role was cause i wanted to do art, enjoy Ambers/Squirrels first sketch for the game

thats an interesting thought hmmm For clarity, I was more thinking if people are being open about information in pms (WHICH YOU SHOULD ALWAYS BE CAREFUL ABOUT- Pm safety people!), and theres an elim in said pm, maybe theyd be finding out who might be threats and targetting those they know more about. I dunno. I just reckon it might be more likely that players the elims know more about might be at risk. Though i suppose it doesn't have to be the person who learned something to be the one to make the kill? Though arguably people the elims know nothing about might be scarier. guess it depends. I dont know, pms are where i'm sure people are more likely to talk about findings from a search or hidden secrets or try coordinate stuff or something. If theres senstive info shared and someone dies from that group, then prob would be looking for an eliminator in that bunch

Its interesting. Group pms are something i've played in much more rarely so i'm excited to see how that goes. The longer the game goes on the easier it will be for those to be more one on one pms. I'm curious to see who chooses to room with who, and see if theres any scheming that happens along that lines. What I'd be curious to know is if an evil team would try all meet up in the same group or spread out. They have their own pm right, but the rules said they only send one message in there? so hmmm..... Id recommend people taking note of how people interact in those group pms. If anyone's regularly grouping together that could mean something. Though good or bad will be hard to tell. I guess we'll have to see what happens but yeah. though what that means is gonna be tricky cause people will just have people they like to talk to, but. Okay so. thoughts. Patterns are worth looking for. Interactions worth tracking. With deaths -checking what may have been discussed in their group pms- could they have told sensitive info? is someone regularly in the same room as whoever gets attacked? its interesting that we know what rooms people are going to so will have an idea of who's talking to who. "Huh." This was the first word to escape Squirrels mouth as she entered the party. There were a lot of people she didn't know here, and they were dressed a lot nicer than her. She glanced down at her own clothing. It was still nice, but she'd kept it simple. It appears she'd somewhat misunderstood why she was invited. Last time she'd come here, she was assisting a more acclaimed artist who was completing some grand commissioned piece. She figured she'd just been invited to do some artwork for party guests or something, little portraits or something so had turned up with her very full art bag slung over one shoulder. Turns out she was just a legitimate guest? Weird. She felt a bit lost among the crowds though so she made her way towards the garden for a little more peace and a lot less people. It was a particularly beautiful garden, one that had clearly been taken good care of. The sun was out, the plants were blooming, and a gentle sea breeze rustling through the leaves. A smile grew as she wandered her way through the garden, stopping occasionally to sniff a flower or make a quick sketch.

This was a very fun game to play! I'm honestly just very surprised to have come out of all of that alive. And with an untouched gram (that sabotage would've hit my bloodless). my luck this game was crazy o-O outside of the bad luck of pm choice, but eh the evils are always fun to chat to I enjoyed taking a different approach entirely to what i did the last times with this one. Being a cealdish commoner was actually pretty fun- I won 20 talents from the gambling den But scattershotting the EP into everything made things pretty interesting. I'm very surprised i got that first naming elevation but with later getting artificery and alchemy, those are two fields i'd never previously considered, and didn't really have any interest in. When i got the artificery elevation Id literally just been wishing i hadn't put ep into that field cause i didn't want it. Well, turns out i actually really love that field now >> Even if i was just handing wards to evils >> But it was really interesting to play with a field i'd never have actively tried for. And i bonetarred! IT HAPPENED! The first bone tarring of KKC games! Yay! Sorry araris and Dev xD I guess it wasn't necessary after all but I didn't exactly know there was a master namer going nuclear Figured was the best shot at hitting masters i had Had a tonne of fun rping through this game too. I often find it hard to get motivation to rp in games, but the way this encourages it and rewards it, means everyone is rping which makes rping so much easier. Its hard to rp when few others are. Its cool seeing how the game develops from run to run. I think the changes made between 33 and this one were good decisions. Really liked the spreadsheets too! I'm excited to see how this ruleset develops in the future when it inevitably is run again (It better, because its my favourite ruleset that I've played to date.)

Bryn sighed as she readied herself to make her required apology. It was about time she got in trouble for something she supposed. But it was still frustrating. She'd gone for many many months just talking her way out of things, bluffing alibis, just outright avoiding anyone who was investigating anything she could easily have done. But alas, the more complex the pranks, the more obvious it was that a particular skillset was required. They had threatened to confiscate her artificery tools but her insistence that her personal ones were "essential equipment necessary for building proficiency in her subject area", insisting that due to 'circumstances', she absolutely needed to be able to work on things outside of the workshop due to timetabling conflicts. She was a 'dedicated' student of multiple fields after all, so she had many things to keep on top of. Of all her areas she had actually been legitimately enjoying the creation process, and had been experimenting with wards, playing with the runes, adding some, taking some, in general just actually getting a idea about how each rune she knew affected the item. Some alterations had gone poorly but she had some favourites. Unfortunately, that was what got her in trouble. She had rigged the ward to the door of a small storeroom. On detecting someone passing through it locked the door,trapping them inside. It had been a particularly difficult one to make that had given her many a headache but it wasn't perfect. The door had been a push not a pull. Instead of trapping some unlucky tutor, she had maybe accidentally broken his nose instead? Upon entering, the door had immediately shut itself, forcibly pushing the poor man back out. Yeah. Definitely did not go as planned. Bryn ran her fingers through her hair, still unused to the side shave that had resulted from the ink fixing attempts gone wrong. She took a deep breath, put on her most remorseful face and stepped forward. "Fellow friends, students, tutors and staff. I deeply apologize for any concern you may have regarding University doorways and for the unfortunate injury that caused said concern. This was an isolated event, a result of an experiment going wrong. My attempt to create a ward that would close a door for you, upon exiting with the supplies gathered, appears to have backfired in a very unfortunate manner. It saddens me that this is not a feature of convenience I will be able to be bringing to all doors, but it is the health and well-being of all noses out there that I do value. You have my word that all doors are safe to walk through and that I will extra vigilant to check my work with the Master Artificer first with all future projects. On the note of wards, I think it's worth mentioning for the sake of transparency that lopen had a ward, so whoever attacked lopen, you should know that he probably knows who you are, unless someone else also targetted him with something. I don't know what the best course of action is here. But. Idk. Figured it's info worth sharing. I don't think we can know for sure if that was a villager attack or Elim, but if it was a villager attacking an Elim, they need to know, if it's an Elim attacking a villager, that's useful for us to know and they get to be scared. If its a villager vs villager, now's the time to sort out beef if it was an Elim attacking lopen, well, I'm sorry if I've made you more of a target as a result lopen.im not asking you to say who targetted you by any means btw. If it's a villager, it's worth keeping them anonymous. Although if you're villager lopen, could be worth telling someone you trust who it is in case they be evil. It's a shame you weren't being attacked from the sabotage, that woulda been a nice one to catch with a ward

Hmm... Rover was expelled right? So couldn't have been a mews insanity cracking and fura claimed they were on the streets. A sabotage on an expelled counts as a kill I thought. And Rovers not dead. So not the sabotage. So Rover would've had to have cracked from field stuff. Unless someone used wind to create insidious whispers to add to their insanity. That would mean fura would've had to been the sabotage target then which makes more sense imo. Anyone dabbling in naming should be considered a dangerous player to have around. Especially since if all villagers were expelled, the namers would be able to work around that to still get to the skindancers in the uni. So that makes sense that fura was targetted. Unless, theory 3: both cracked from actions and the sabotager was roleblocked What I'm most curious about though is if lopen was attacked by a villager or an Elim. I could see it being either. Elims wouldn't want other master's getting in their way so would need to chip away at them. Wind may not kill but may at least do something about protection or temporarily stop them being a problem so might be more of something like that...? I dunno. Tbh I'm just surprised how the dp resulted in regards to expulsions. Though gotta admit- scattershot ep has done wonders for cancelling out dp this game.

Is oke <3 as much as I'd rather not be expelled in case i have a need to target people at the uni, even if to just roleblock, I do acknowledge my behaviours not been useful as far as alignment, wouldn't have put myself at 100% otherwise so as much as I'm panic voting for self preservation, my lynch does make sense Yeah it's a real problem having the suspicious people being the master's >> HM what info does the lynch give us atm... It narrows the pool of who's targetting enrolled people I guess? That could inform regards to the sabotage but might also help the skindancers work out things like who's been killing them. Kinda why I'm worried about expelling too many people tbh. The fewer left at the uni the fewer able to affect the master's. Curious what other fields though. Would be surprised if there wasn't a namer among them. Sympathy I feel would be a pretty unpopulated field which would be easy for them to shoot up in. Even if it's not what they actually master in. It can certainly attack, but on its own it's not a kill, unless that's changed from last time. On its own it's attack is more of a serious injury that would knock them out a round or two, essentially sending them to the medica, but breaking someone's legs from a fall is very different from exploding their skeleton with bone. One be fatal, one be not. Wind is meant to be something more that goes along with the other names more than a solo ability- spreading fires to hit multiple, preventing someone from being able to get to the victim to save them, airdropping people's assassin's into the uni for the expelled peeps, etc
