Yep! Words of Radiance twice and Way of Kings three times. I actually used WoK in my english class in my junior year of high school. Teacher said we had to annotate a book. I decided to make her life miserable and use WoK. She was so mad at me. I turned it in a week early. She was fuming. Showed it to her other classes like "someone did this. I have to grade it now. Look. There's no annotation gaps. None. She read the entire thing and annotated it. Now I have to grade it." There was a page count cap the next time we got to pick a book.

Yeahh I'm at a party public school in Texas. That tends to attract an interesting crowd. In addition there's a company that rents electric scooters here. It's a nightmare. I'm always finding them in weird places. Once found one in the elevator. Once found four right outside my door. Once found one in the library basement. When TTU won the semi-finals for basketball, some kids lit some on fire and rode around on them.

Meh. I'm used to it now. It depends on where you're living too. I'm not in a dorm, but an apartment that is geared to college kids (mainly upperclassmen). It is also poorly managed.

Right now by the pool they are playing three different songs. Each one is a different genre of music. There are two people making out in the pool. The people above me are also playing loud music, and throwing beer bottles off the balcony. There's a kid waiting down there with a shopping cart. It's like basketball, except the ball is made of glass and coming down at you at a high rate of speed.

Just finished Bands of Mourning, then read Secret History this morning. Now to start Oathbringer again, but that'll be my reward for making it through this math final in two days.

okay! That makes sense. I'm slowly working my way through these and I think I know enough to at least do somewhat well on the final. This isn't indefinite integrals anymore, but it's stumping me so I might as well post it. The last question I have on this homework. I can't seem to get it right, and of course there's no example in the text book.

It'll be either group or 1:1. I'm better in smaller groups, but not opposed to group stuff. I decided to leave a 1:1 option up there too if anyone wants that instead.

Pros to living in an apartment full of college students: get to see really dumb shenanigans. Money can't buy this quality entertainment. Cons to living in an apartment full of college students: sometimes the shenanigans are loud, and at ungodly hours of the night. Nobody here sleeps.

Ohh yes! That would be pretty cool! Every group needs a good musician honestly. Mmm that's a nice combo! And I like that idea. It could be aluminum, which is already expensive and hard to come by. Maybe the group hoarding it is on a mission to take out all the Allomancers. Oh, a hazekiller machine!

@I think I am here. Okay awesome! Let's see... I don't have many ideas for plots themselves (plotting is where I fall flat, sadly). What are you thinking about for your character? We could figure that out then backtrack to a plot.

Yeah... I watched the second episode and almost turned it off aha. Still gonna give it a go. It might end up like ds9 was for me; I needed to skip myself to season 3 then go back and watch season 1-2 after I got attached to the characters.

Basically what the title says. I just finished my reread of Mistborn era 2 and I'd like to do some rp in that time period! I'd like to keep this somewhat small (maybe 4-5 people) to avoid overwhelming myself. I'm actually used to one on one rp (I'd be willing to do that via Discord if anyone else is). In any case, I'm thinking some shooty-shooty outlaw fun in the Roughs? I'll be using my character Avyra. She's a Coinshot for sure. I'm kicking around the idea of making her a Steelrunner as well (compounding seems like it'll be fun to write, but it's also super op, so that's putting me off wanting to make her one). Soo if anyone is interested, please reply here and we can do some plotting! c:

Just finished yet another rewatch of Parks and Recreation. I'm also slowly getting through Star Trek DS9. I need to find some new stuff to watch, but I need something that's on the level of "you can draw and halfway pay attention to the show and still understand it."

I just bought a Switch, so I'm slowly replaying Breath of the Wild in my spare time. I wish there was a way to port over saved games from the Wii U. I was pretty far on that, alas.

Haha, I used to do some Cosmere fanart wayy back in the day. It might still be floating around the Creative Corner. Sadly it's on par with my work now as far as humans go, because I'm primarily an animal artist. I think last time I drew a human was a year ago, because it was a requirement in my drawing I class. I drew TenSoon a lot though.

Finished Shadows of Self and chugging away at Bands of Mourning. These books just BEG for fanart but with a final coming up and commission work to do idk when I'll be able to do any. :c Not to mention my crippling anxiety that comes with drawing people. Because I can't draw people.

I figured it out kinda by guessing and checking. I'm not sure something like that will be one the final, but I'm still confused on how to solve it. I couldn't quite figure out how to get it all to work together, if that makes sense. I moved on, kinda confused here now. I know how to get the anti-derivative of MR, but I'm not sure how to get the anti-derivative of MC (does the 30 stay the same or does it become 30x?). I'm sure I can figure out the rest of it if I find the proper profit equation, but I can't figure out the cost equation to help me get that.
