I really enjoyed this book especially the end. I thought it is interesting that the chapter numbers have the metal symbols below them, matching towards the chapter. In the Ars Arcanum the writer says that there is an effect that comes from a twinborn's use of his or her powers. Do you guys have any thoughts on what this effect is?

Stormlight archive only gives more easter eggs and slightly more information than the other series but I don't think that it puts someone on the right track. Most of the new info is in epigraphs that many forget unless they know the bigger story. I was confused on how everything tied together until I read storm light but seeing Ruin, Preservation, and the shardpool first gave me a type of basis for the bigger story.

I think in the Shadows of Self we are going to get more information on the government body or bodies then just the tidbits we got in Alloy of Law.

I loved this trailer so much. I've been waiting for this movie for so long and it is finally here! My favorite parts were Stan Lee as the strip club owner and Colossus showing up to beat him up. I think this is going to be a great twist on the superhero genre. What did you all think about? Also Old Man Logan is going to happen! 2016 is going to rock!

And the final one will connect all the cosmere books together with Hoid being a main character in that trilogy. Alloy of Law is a side project that started out as a short story to stand alone to series but it isn't one of the main three trilogies.

Alloy of law is one of my favorites it's only about 300 pages and it is just a fun read. Also do you know of mistborn series being a trilogy of trilogys

If you get into the cosmere and start reading the storm light archive it becomes clear how he can world jump you just have to look hard enough. Also if you are planning to read the storm light archive I recommend reading Elantris and Warbreaker before reading the series for the whole cosmere experience. Sanderson did say that Hoid was the Terris refugee and also in an alternate ending of Well of Ascension there was a footprint most likely by Hoid and that he has a Lerasium bead, the bead that made Elend into a mist born. Vin already knew the names of the informants in HoA I believe but I could be wrong. I know he was whistling and wearing his signature black outfit, which are signs that its Hoid.

But 3 sentences later the Stormfather mentions high storms. This seems to me that there is more than one highstorm and that the everstorm is going to be less frequent is because there is only one while multiple high storms will still be happening.

There is more than one if you reread Dalinar's conversation with the Stormfather, he specifically says highstorms not highstorm and that it will occur less frequently most likely that there is one everstorm and multiple hgihstorms. Also every single time they mention a high storm they say a highstorm never the high storm, implying more than one.
