Yeah I heard that alloy of law was gonna have 3 more books in its series, then there is going to be another Mistbourn trilogy set in 1980's style future.

No I have not read Alloy of Law I saw that it was placed 300 years in the future on the whole Cosmere scope. I wanted to try and start on his earlier works even if there on separate planets to get an understand of the story behind the story as I went. I do plan on reading them especially with how much I loved the magic system of Allomancy. I am also a stickler for order so when I learned that there was a vague timeline with the books I decided I wanted to follow it even if the timeline does not effect any of the stories directly.

Yeah I actually just went and bought Elantris and Warbreaker yesterday because I wanted to read them before the Storm Light Archives. Thanks for answering my question so quick!

Okay so I just finished the first three Mistborn books. Shortly after finished reading I started reading stuff online and I came across the name Hoid several times. I did not want to spoil to much cause right away I saw that Hoid makes appearances in all of the books that take place in the Cosmere. So I focused only on his appearance in the Mistborn books. What I want to ask is how did people notice Hoid in the Mistborn books. I know the first book he is named as a informant by Kelsier but in Well of Ascension how did anyone come to the conclusion that the Terrace refugee leader was Hoid or the footprints at the Well? Did Sanderson tell everyone after speculations or did I miss some kind of hint when reading that he was the Terrace refugee leader? I have the same question with Hoid as the informant in Fadrax city during the HoA. Now I know Hoid is a world jumper from the little I strayed away from his Mistborn section and without to many spoilers could someone tell me if any of this explained in Sandersons books on how he does this or why?
