  1. Ok, first of all, I'm not sure how to understand Steeldancers note. Turns out he did tell the truth that he's just a scribe. I have no idea if that's normal in those games, but there's a bunch of players that are barely active. I suspect that this might be some kind of laying low strategy by the elim team. If they don't show themselves too much, they don't pull attention to themselves. Like, look at Alvron, he made himself very visible and got lynch votes (btw. his mysterious writing style seems to hide some kind of meaning. I think I'll let him be for now, maybe he has some interesting role that makes him write like that). Manukos made himself a center of attention and got some votes too. I think I'll start voting on the mostly inactive players. Going from the top of the list, my vote goes to Jondesu.
  2. I don't have much time, but I'll try to explain why I'm suspicious of Alvron. By being active and not saying anything with a meaning he kind of hides in plain sight. He's active, but not saying anything that would make people suspect him. He's not trying to manipulate anyone's opinion. I made a mistake of being too expressive, he's hiding behind nonsense. Also, it's irritating me EDIT: What is jester role?
  3. Does the notification play any sound? Do you have sound enabled on this page? http://www.17thshard.com/forum/notifications/options/
  4. What browser do you use? I have an opposite problem, I don't get any notifications on the phone :/
  5. Ok, I see I need to practice my poker face but honestly, even if I was from Mordor I would be unhappy with players dying due to inactivity. I came here to see what SE is all about and play the game. Players dying this way doesn't seem like a fun aspect of it. Anyway, I think I'll cast my vote on Alvron, because I'm suspicious of his ramblings.
  6. Oh boy, the Steward is dead... That's not good and his death doesn't even give us any leads :/ It seems that Orlok caught attention of Mordor agents. Maybe they just want to eliminate an experienced player? Good thing there was a guard around.
  7. There's still underline left
  8. My thoughts... Well, there were 2 votes placed on 2 different players. Both by politicians. It would be quite weird for a village politician to kill someone, since in C1, there was nothing suspicious going on IMO. On the other hand, I would be surprised if Mordor team got 2 politicians... that would make them overpowered. I think, that at least one of those votes was cast by Mordor politician, just to kill more villagers. The other one is totally unexpected and hard to explain. Which is which? No idea. I think I'll cast my vote on Lemonelon, because what he did might have been an honest mistake, but he also might have tried to put spotlight on randuir for some reason. (I also don't know if I'll be online for the end of the turn, so I'd rather cast a vote already) Now, for some RP... Mestiv sat down at his desk, his clothes still smoking. The recent failed experiment devastated his laboratory when everything decided to go BOOM. He didn't mind though. You cannot make progress without failure. He scribbed in his log: Experiment 1337: Mixing samples 4, 8, 15, 16, 23 and 42 caused an explosion of considerable strength. Might be useful, if all substances can be carried safely together. Will have to stop experimenting for couple of days, before the workers reconstruct northern wall. Still no clues on how to obtain Adminium. Mestiv was an alchemist, one of the best in whole Middlearth. Definitely best in Minas Tirith. He figured out how to transform any metal into gold many years ago. Since then, explosive experiments and devastated laboratories were no longer a problem. Right now, he was playing with a clod of Globmodium - a new metal he created recently. It's properties were still unclear, but unfortunately it wasn't the legendary Adminium. The metal he searched for was said to be able to kill those who were already dead. It would be most useful, when the nine Ringwraiths leave Mordor...
  9. I'm curious what this third fraction would be. What would be it's win conditions? I still have no idea who to vote for, but I'll try to post some RP today
  10. @The Queen Mother I really like your conversations, but I have to ask you not to double-post. If your post is the last in a topic it is preferred to you the EDIT function and expand it.
  11. Oh come on, you should appreciate such family moments, not walk away from them
  12. I'm here, watching, judging... Figuring out how to best behave I like to first watch and learn, before I risk being targeted by the Mordor filth
  13. Time clock? Like the one that hangs on the wall and indicates what time it is? I would expect that such information doesn't need biometric protection
  14. That's great what kind of job is it?
  15. I'm sorry to hear that @Sunchicken It is bad parenting... Those parents should pay attention to their child and teach it good manners and how to behave in public places. Can't blame the kid for having runny nose, but they should provide tissues and make sure he/she doesn't devastate the place.
  16. I really like the "blood type: red" and "5/4 People are bad at maths" ones
  17. Maybe next year... Palanaeum will consume all my free time seriously, one year, I'll make it!
  18. Sounds like something I'd read But who's drinking the blood? Syl while demanding or Kal while doing the deed?
  19. So, some little cremlings told me, that there are some new OB chapters here: https://www.tor.com/2017/10/03/oathbringer-by-brandon-sanderson-chapters-16-18/ (Or at least they will be there at 9 A.M. EDT) As usual, this thread will be unlocked when the chapters go public.
  20. I see you haven't met Chaos and his tabs (he has about 500)
