  1. Yes I had thought about this earlier and came to this conclusion: The eliminators in any game but even more so in this game have the benefit of information. In this game the only way we will know right away if a player wasn't a diagrammist is if they are killed by the diagrammists. So if the diagrammists only use their kills on players who haven't discussed anything then we get no information even from that. If I were a diagrammist I would do my kills based on players who have had the least interaction and therefore the least info for us to discuss.
  2. OK I understand that but there was also absolutely no reason for you to edit the quote of Wilson to remove"Did I always take the first roll? No. There were some things that I rolled multiple times on, because of whatever reason." I am asking what caused you to remove that portion of the quote? Sure I will remove parts of a quote that don't matter to what I am responding to but that is just to remove paragraphs that add unnecessary length to posts. You however removed a sentence in the middle of a post that alters the meaning. You changed it from "I did change things if I didn't like them" to "Everything was completely random 100%" I am not commenting on your role or what role is most likely to be on the Diagammist team. I am only questioning why you decided to edit a clarification from the GM in a way that alters the meaning.
  3. So a random choice was how starry got chosen. Did you randomly choose her both cycles? I and most players here tend to allow newer players a bit of leniency for the first bit of a game. They are always more likely to go inactive and she hasn't been on in 24hrs so it isn't like she is lurking. Also if it was just random choice why were you "adamant" about your vote for her and felt the need to post your vote twice when she hasn't even been on the shard. There are many more egregious inactives with experience and history of being active. If you are looking for someone purposefully hiding behind inactivity why not start with them? Firstly two votes isn't a bandwagon. Secondly we have no proof Hell was Cooked, it could've been any action on him that failed and they just claimed a cook attack since we know there's a missing one. Third I don't think it is outlandish at all to assume the Diagrammists have a cook. EDIT: GRammar and things
  4. A public Scholar could maybe work since there isn't any Roleblocking in this game. Their are however other circumstances that can affect this situation. Firstly we need to devise a system in which they always have protection. Since I doubt one faction would be happy with always using their protection on the Scholar we could alternate cycles i.e., SoH get Even cycles GB get Odd cycles. If the Diagrammists have a Cook they can double tap and we will need double protection from both the surgeon and the Edgedancer, This can still be overcome fairly easily if the diagrammists have an Artifabrian to redirect the protection. Another thing is that the public Scholar would become an easy place for a Diagrammists Assassin to find out who our protection roles are making them vulnerable. This could work but we will need to put some more thought into it before I will get behind it. Why Starry? Others haven't done much like Alvron, Shallan or feligon yet you have voted twice for Star adamantly. What is so special about this new slightly inactive player? Hellscythe. While I don't think PK has defended himself well enough to be devoid of suspicion I will let him go for now.
  5. Waterloo, Ontario I suppose that is where I live at the moment.
  6. Except the roles are equal between the GBs and SoH. Since the Diagrammists (What's a good short form for them?) are included within the other Factions their roles count for distributions sake. I wouldn't say that. With at least four protective roles and four roles that can't be killed except through lynch that can easily defend against two kill roles. EDIT: GM question, If someone is protected and then double tapped will that be shown in the write-up?
  7. So if this is true then we must have four cooks. I don't really like that number. It seems like a very excessive amount of kills. However with at least two surgeons and two edgedancers I suppose that could work. However your assumption made after that is quite interesting. Given the fact that there are at least two elsecallers and two explorers who can all do the same action. That one piece of info doesn't exactly incriminate him. Now I will say that I do find Hellscythe suspicious. I don't exactly like his two votes for a new player for inactivity within the first two cycles. There are other inactive he could target but it seems like he may be trying to get a little more activity from a fellow Diagrammist perhaps?
  8. That would definitely add an interesting dynamic to the game and even make the Altenate win condition more possible. I doubt the Diagrammists would go for it unless they feel like they are going to lose by playing to the primary vistory condition. It's most likely that someone changed your vote near the end of the cycle and you just happened to be someone who hadn't voted. I almost always like to put any role action I have in at the end of a cycle to account for late changes or revelations. Also when you say it wasn't me that brought a GM question up. Can an ardent/lightweaver manipulate their own vote? I like this rule change also since as I pointed out earlier everything does seem to be more helpful to the eliminators than the villagers i this game.
  9. Or it could be part of a players original role. Say like 1/3 of players are designated to become Shades as soon as they die. However they are not informed of it.
