    While I recognize that my issue with this is entirely personal, I really wish people would stop calling them that. They have plenty of other acronyms people recognize them by without using the name of one of my gods.

    Thumb is slowly healing, but it's still held closed with antibiotic adhesive ointment and a band-aid. I am going to have the live the rest of my life with the ignominy of almost being the only person in the world to ever need stitches for a freakin' paper cut.
