  1. 48 hour cycles that can be broken up into 24 hour day/night turns or kept as a single cycle. It's up to the GM what they want. But the cycles are always 48 hours in MR's.
  2. Oh, I generally do that for most games I play as well. At least if I have the time to. And I live long enough to. The spreadsheet Sunbird is referring to is different than the individual game ones.
  3. I'm in the Cougareat sort of in front of Chick-fil-a, near the far wall. Looks like I'm the only one here right now.
  4. I was going to spectate this because I really don't have time to play game this complicated, but I'm going to wing it. Mostly play by the seat of my pants again. I'm not even going to read the rules! (For some reason, I think this will end poorly, but I doubt I'm going to live long enough for it to make a difference. ) Kyla signing up.
  5. Visitor's parking lot.
  6. Yep. Sounds about right. Has BYU started up for the semester?
  7. So it sounds like the consensus is tomorrow? 7 in the Wilk?
  8. It looks like my writing group will be meeting the 8th or 9th, so the 7th would be best for me, out of those three days.
  9. I'm 99.9% certain Burnt was RB'd. Someone used the Detonator Glass on her. But that's a good point about Bugsy manipulating the vote. That reminds me that my vote was moved from Burnt to Stink last cycle, and Bugsy's the only one that could've done it (since Con moved Burnt's vote from Stink to herself and Jack's can only cancel a vote, not move a vote).....so that means that someone else used a Reviver on her. That's....odd. EDIT: Unless, of course, she picked it up in the lottery.
  10. Well, I know that Burnt was roleblocked, so she couldn't have. And yet, Dani's back.
  11. Here: We knew you had one. I see no reason for Nyali to lie about something like that. Especially since it doesn't detract from Sel's threat, and she knows she's lumped in with Sel. This means one of your dead players has the Reviver. That player has to be Burnt, because Burnt was roleblocked last cycle, so she couldn't have used her Reviver to bring Dani back. It had to be Bugsy. Therefore, Burnt still has a Reviver and she will be returning with it, because if you die with a Reviver, you come back. I know. I did it in MR5. It's not misinformation. It's truth. You're the one trying to deny it so you downplay the threat that Sel is.
  12. Because Ecth apparently doesn't understand that when you try to break apart an alliance, you have to use logic based on the separate factions. If each individual faction was stronger than Sel, he'd have a leg to stand on, but they aren't, because Burnt will be coming back from the Reviver that she holds, and they'll have 4 players. ...I don't even know why I'm explaining this. Everyone who cares already knows the facts and it's obvious that Ecth just doesn't actually care. He wants a Roshar loss.
  13. You do realize that by voting for me, you're basically saying the alliance is no more, so your argument about the Non-Sel Alliance being more powerful than Sel falls short because Sel is stronger than our factions individually. If the alliance breaks this cycle and a non-Selian dies, Sel will win the game. Because the alliance won't get back together, Sel will get their Jack back, will eventually get Cuddles back and will kill everyone else. Good luck. I blame Sel's win and everyone else's loss on you. Nice job, Ecth. Brilliant. You sure you're not Selian in disguise?
  14. Yeah, I highly doubt that Dani is anything other than Sel right now. The joke about the zombie apocalypse is simply a callback to MR5, when 3 of the final four were zombies.
  15. Sel has three players right now. Next cycle, Burnt will be coming back with her reviver. So, Ecth, if you don't lynch Dani, Sel will have their protection and their Jack back. They already have their protect. We need to kill Dani. You can downplay Sel's force all you want, Joe, but you can't scratch out the two revivers. None of us can bring people back from the dead (yet). Sel can.
  16. That's a little on the high side. I think it's only at 33 right now.
  17. The person who sent out the initial PM for the alliance =/= the person controlling the alliance. Alliances don't work well when there's a Mayor. And I'm no Mayor, nor will I ever be a Mayor. But thanks for voicing your concern, Nyali. I'm sure the Nalthians and Rosharans will take it under consideration when we all ask for input about what to do this cycle and let everyone do what they want/choose to do, after everyone has a chance to offer suggestions about what should be done.
  18. How so? Scadrial was three people, one being a Jack. Roshar also has three people, and they have Cuddles. Please, explain how Scadrial is winning any more so than Roshar is. I'd love to know your reasoning for it.
  19. Anyone else want to chime in here about a day that works best for them?
  20. I will gladly be pedantic when Joe didn't explicitly state placing a single, non-threatening vote, after he's gone and gloated about how Sel has all the vote manipulation, a kill, and so much power that no other faction has any chance of beating them. Yeah. You don't gloat unless you know for a fact that the "pact" you've gotten me to agree to restricts every possible way I can act against you. Like, say, creating a PM with every non-Selian in the game that isn't siding with Sel and saying "Hey, let's ally and destroy Sel. Oh, and Scadrial can't officially do anything until one more Rosharan is dead. Let's make that Rosharan be Con." See, in my mind, "targeting" is action-specific. You didn't want me, a Jack, attacking your team. You never said anything about a lynch vote. Maybe you should've thought about that before taunting and gloating. EDIT: And yes, I know full-well that it was against the spirit of the pact. But because it wasn't explicitly stated, and you taunted me, I don't really care to go with the spirit of a pact. I will abide by the specifics of the pact. So, actions. No actions. And no coordinated lynches on a Selian, since that's targeting them by trying to kill them.
  21. Not so. Granted, this is all by our own definition of the pact, but the exact wording of the pact was no targeting of the other faction. I wouldn't say that a single, irritated vote on the faction leader is "targeting" that person. A coordinated lynch on the person is targeting them. Using an action on them is targeting them. I did neither. We were coordinating a lynch on Con, who was not Selian, even if he was working for Sel at the time. Then, you guys broke the pact by coordinating a lynch on me. Thanks. I'm free.
  22. Oh, Nalthis, Scadrial, and Roshar are all in an alliance together to destroy to Sel. And the Paranoid Arms Dealer who sided with them. The PAD killed Doc (a Nalthian), tried to get the Roshar Jack to target her when she killed Doc, and started the lynch on a Scadrian. What makes you think that anyone would want to actually work with someone or allow them to win with them when they worked so hard to kill their members of their team? Your win con wasn't to kill everyone else like the SK's. Your win con was to survive. You chose to play it as if you were actually on a faction and you picked a faction and sided with them in everything. The rest of us that you targeted (or tried to target) aren't just going to look the other way now that you want to bail on Sel.
  23. Yeah, I'm down with lynching the Paranoid Arms Dealer who decided that siding with one side like it was actually her own faction was a great idea. Nyali. EDIT: Also, please note how even in the post about bailing from the sinking ship, she says "We lost Cuddles". No, Sel did. You were Independent. But now you're Selian in everything but name. Have fun on the sinking ship.
