    Bad Descriptions is all about giving an accurate description of something (a movie, tv show, book, comic, et cetera) that is misleading, then seeing if anyone can figure out what you're referring to. If nobody figures it out within a couple of hours, start giving hints. If nobody has even come close to figuring it out within 24 hours, reveal the answer and let somebody else give it a go. The trick to making this game work is creating descriptions that are challenging, yet still solvable. Once you come up with a description, start thinking of hints. Remember, everything must be technically true. You can kind of fudge the meaning of some words, but once you know the answer it must all make sense. Example: An extra-terrestrial helps a human inventor to create a sentient robot. Hijinks ensue when they realize that the automaton is a sociopath. And here's the description to start us off: After a group of children are separated from their parents, they find a newborn child who wants to kill and eat them.

    Just so you all know, this happens because of my anxiety. It's not like I just decide I don't care anymore. I get overwhelmed, so I drop things, and then I worry that people will be mad so I put off picking them back up, and it kind of becomes a cycle.

    I haven't finished reading the graphic novels, and one of Scott's exes was only mentioned once in the movie. So I'm not here to answer the question. But I write seven evil quotes. 1 "Pirates are in this year." 2 "It's called a grind, bro." 3 "Tell that to the cleaning lady on Monday." 4 "Prepare to die, obviously!" 5&6 *bleep bloop blop* (They didn't have any lines in the movie) 7 "You made me swallow my gum!"

    There are a couple of possible definitions for minor. 1) they don't get much screentime, or 2) they don't have a huge impact on the plot of the story or of the fate of the cosmere. I'm using characters that satisfy either one of these conditions, not both.     One part of me is saying, "Why aren't the spiked trying to defend dowanx? Wouldn't they want to protect their rioter?" and the other part of me is saying "But if you voice that fear, wouldn't you be protecting him? Maybe they anticipated this kind of reaction." I do think that it's weird that Unodus is saying things like "I've clearly been set up" when it isn't really that clear. I still think it's more likely that dowanx is the rioter. I just get anxious. Like, what if they're both rioters, and only one is spiked? I guess it's still ok, as long as one of them is the spiked one. My coppercloud is on, so if any soother/rioter wants to verify that I am indeed a smoker, go right ahead. I'll vote for dowanx

    The easiest way to do color on mobile is red stuff[/color*] without the stars. If you want to do italics, it's [i*]italicized stuff[/i*]. I have a question for Mailliw? Why do you have so much trust for Clan and Wyrm? Is it just a gut feeling?

    Straff isn't even misguided. He's just horrible. Practically every other villain in mistborn was being influenced by Ruin's intent, but Straff was bad all on his own. First time I've ever cheered when someone was chopped in half.

    Do chiskreven still have unintelligent relatives? If so, what if there was some part of microrapter anatomy that the Zericians used in a lot of their medicine? So then the Zericians would have domesticated microrapters and treat them like chickens. They could use microrapter feathers and bones for medicine, and eat their meat and their eggs. Maybe the chiskrevens could become an ally to the Pathonians.

    I'm kind of tired. I should look through the whole thread to find clues about rioters. Meh. But I will look at the vote tallies in the night posts to see which times dowanx/Ament voted/was successful in voting. Night 2: Yes Night 3: No Night 4: No Night 5: No Night 6: No Night 7: No Hopefully these links will be helpful to anyone who wants to investigate it in more detail. Not voting would be a good cover for a rioter. Dowanx might be our guy. However, I don't feel like a complete bandwagon from the beginning would be very good for discussion. Let's give dowanx a chance to explain himself. I might come in and vote for him later, but this isn't set in stone.

    WoB: Pizza delivery is very close in Scadrial's future. However, though coinshots do work as messengers, they're very expensive. So unless somebody needs their pizza *really* quick, they're not going to have it delivered by coinshot.

    I have a working theory that, though Devotion was Aona's and Dominion was Skai's, they worked together to hold the power, which is why Devotion and Dominion like to work together and almost act like one they've pooled their power. One of the reasons for this is this: From the letter in Way of Kings: That which they held has been splintered. Singular. Now, this very well could be because using a plural there would sound awkward. But overthinking is fun, so make of it what you will. Edit: I asked him. He said that this was not a deliberate phrasing. He said that though they work together, the shards are still separate.

    Tomorrow I have a job interview at the movie theater, I'm tutoring someone, and I'm going to the Firefight signing. I'd also like to decide who to coppercloud, finish my Dalles post, and come up with some cool stuff for Paidiá, but realistically, those three might have to wait until Wednesday.

    The rioter was either Unodus, Dominic1994, Dowanx, Jasnah Damodred, or Macen. We're pretty sure this was a spiked rioter, right? One result of my lack of attention earlier in the game is that I'm unsure how many emotional allomancers there are, and how many of them are spiked. I underlined Unodus because he voted for Weiry. Either he got soothed, or he's a rioter. Here's another time that Unodus voted, but the vote failed. Maybe he's a rioter, or maybe there's a soother with some kind of vendetta against him. I would look through to see if anyone's vote was rioted that turn, but I have a job interview tomorrow morning and I need to get some rest. Wish me luck!
