No kidding. All of those apex predators, which modern herbivores and predators have no defenses against, roaming the countryside in search of food and shelter, knowing only to take it by any means necessary? Jeez, all of this fridge horror is making me— Wait. I know what this is! You seek revenge for the Funtimes/Mobius team-up! In your state of terror, you unleash all the fridge horror your mind hath wrought! But just you wait, my friend. Just you wait for Remington's backstory. I shall pay you back for all the fridge horror you have unleashed upon me….for he is coming.

Awwww, it's a really murderous OTP! Heartwarming, in an extremely terrifying way. .... Maybe it'd be safer if Funtimes did without a guard dog. Having her absurd pet and it's soul mate kill all the characters would be an unsatisfying and anticlimactic ending. Which I may or may not secretly want to see as we glimpse the rise of a raptor and Chimeran society from the ashes of post apocalyptic Oregon.
-
At least she would treat it well, unlike a certain someone who keeps his pets locked in their own mausoleum and only allows them out to feast on human flesh. And if she thought it was unhappy, she would release it into the wild, like Mister Hamsterface, who is much happier as a wild hamster than he ever was as a pistol belonging to a sadistic precog.

Lightwards already has, like, a million dinosaurs at his disposal. (I would be willing to lend Funtimes' killer attack Puli to you for a POV segment )
-
Ssshhhhhh....just enjoy the awesome. (You do have an excellent point, though. I suppose his saving grace is that he only uses animals and doesn't seem to cause a lot of pain, unlike a certain someone....) Actually, they aren't near water often enough to make water-walking useful. How about a spider's danger sense?
-
Mailliw, Funtimes needs a guard dog to protect her servants. What could she give Chimera that would persuade him to combine... This: (Non-jumping version: ) With this: and this: and this: to get a Puli dog with razor sharp teeth and claws that can walk on water and jump really high? I know he doesn't accept glitter money as legal tender, but is there anything he's always wanted but never had?

So were every single one of Doctor Funtimes' make-out sessions with Nathan. Especially the one on the merry-go-round in front of his new subjects. And I would say it achieved its goal.

I would call killing people and reanimating them as mindless drones a form of extremism, yes.
-
Their only potential ally is one of these, and she's this at her best. They do have one of these on their side, but he's still learning the ropes. They have a trope for every aspect of life.
-
Yes! More snark for the win! Lucentia must be made aware of her shiny arm and how wonderful it is! Also, I realized today that with our human characters, this is what we're creating.
-
Coming soon to theaters…..
-
Is their dog a terrible person, too? Does their parakeet scream obscenities at passing children? Nothing would surprise me at this point.
-
Yes, Toymaker is with the Basilisks.
-
If Nighthound's real name is Stalkerface McCreeperton, then Lucentia's real name is Judgy My Nose Is So High In the Air I'll Drown When It Rains McJudgerton. Um, Electro, Scorch, now Mundivore....I'm not sure who else.
-
I liked the contrast, though. Maybe make the green a little darker, more….olive-ish, I guess? As for Nighthound:
-
Her eye would have a permanent twitch. From that moment on, Lightwards would be her sworn enemy, for any man who damages the natural beauty of the human form and repairs it wrong is deserving of the worst the Fates can devise. Which is why we must have them meet at the earliest opportunity.
-
The instant she hears about dinosaur attacks in the Empire, she will abandon her post, steal a car, and break every traffic law that is, was, and will be to go and fix those poor people. And then she will give Nighthound a piece of her mind.

What Happened in Portland
TwiLyghtSansSparkles replied to TwiLyghtSansSparkles's topic in Reckoners RPG
"Hold on. Okay, hold your hand up for me—higher, please—all right, now just wait, and….there we go." Panacea gave a sigh of relief. "Much better." The vanilla boy blinked at her. "It was a paper cut." "It was an injury! That horrible red mark was a blight on your natural beauty!" "I'm….I'm a guy." Panacea gripped his shoulders and smiled into his eyes. "And you are beautiful." "Um, thank you?" He glanced over his shoulder. "I, uh, not to be rude, but I think my Mom's calling me?" "Go on," she said, still smiling. "Go and tell your mother how beautiful you are." "Yeah. I'll do that." He backed out of her grip, watching her for a full ten steps before he finally turned around and ran for home. Panacea waved, beaming. He really was beautiful. No paper cut would mar it for long, not when she was there. When he finally disappeared around the bend, Panacea looped her arm through Strongsteel's. "All right," she said, giving his arm a little pat, "we can go now." Portland, prepare to be paper cut-free! ---------------------------------- "I don't believe you could take me, but you have convinced me sufficiently. You can jump back into your mech and lead me to the current base for CorpseMaker." Scorch scowled at the insult, but for once he was in no mood for a fight. Playing with his robot sounded more fun than taking this guy on. "Fine. He's this way." He limped back toward the mech, then turned back as an afterthought. "You got a name?" -
Argh, sorry. I had hoped to get that post up by now, but everyone in my family seems to think laptop open + typing furiously = I want to talk to everyone about everything. Hopefully, I'll have it up soon.
-
Yeah, I can get that started. Just woke up, so give me a minute to get some tea and I'll get started.
-
Just as soon as I get some morning caffeine and find a decent cutie mark. Now, how to introduce Quota, and what should his pony look like.....
-
Sounds good to me.
-
Yeah, Saccharine is pretty much awesome. Sounds good. Where are they coming from?
-
Okay, so the basic plot if the Halloween RP is that someone is driving Möbius insane. But my character died two years before the main RP began, and one of Joe's terrifying characters didn't come into being until after the main RP began. What if, in her distress, Möbius' powers went haywire, allowing her to bend time just long enough to pull the Epics she thought would be able to help her out of their respective time streams? I mean, there are theorists who say black holes might be portals through time, so I think it could work.
-
Yes. Once she gets to Portland, I will have her get the letter.
