I just listened to Circle of Reign: The Dying Lands Chronicle, Book 1 Written by: Jacob Cooper it was very good and read by Michael Kramer so the performance was flawless

I just finished Lightbringer reread can't wait for The Broken Eye to come out. Reading The List Unseen now it's a prequel to the Chronicles of Lumineai which is a descent but not great series.

I'm starting Republic of Thieves by Scott Lynch, just finished HP MoR, at least up to current. I have never read a fanfic before but Peter mentioned it earlier in this thread. It was fantastic up until the troll and the best part there's a podcast so I could listen on the drive.

I expected nothing from Blood Song as I had not seen a single review when I bought it and loved it. I expected a lot from Tower Lord and liked but didn't love it. That said I'm still looking forward to the next book and Ryan certainly hasn't slipped to the bottom of the list of authors I'm keeping an eye on.

I thought it was great and your evil plan of hooking me on them and then holding out worked perfectly. I was forced to create an account just so I could ask for the next one. I'm pretty sure I saw several others who did the same thing. As far as schedule I'm of the Brian May school of thought "I want it all and I want it now." Thanks again to both of you for the work y'all did and a special thanks to Feather for sharing so much of herself with us.

Thank you Feather. These were great. I hope you have fully recovered from the end. Personally I think Shallan will go rogue at least for a while so stay skeptical. I say ship Rusharin she will leave the ardentia when they persecute him for seeing the future.

You should try and burn metals now because that certainly made you snap.

Can Truthwatchers Affect the Pace of Time?
LSU Tiger replied to Confused's topic in Stormlight Archive
Affecting time would explain why edgedancers are suppose to be so effective on the battle field. -
Brandon's awesome, but I suspect he'll get plenty love here. I'm throwing in with Malazan.

I haven't read these since just after WMF came out but I do have a theory to share with virtually no support and certainly no quotes. The story of Chronicler is more accurate then Kote knows. His sympathy failed after he explained it. His fighting failed after he explained that and we know he was still formidable the day before. I suspect now he's also a lousy lover and he may have told to much to even bake a decent pie. The gentle man as I see it can be explained if you say gentle woman. By either Vashet in Ademre or Meluen Lackless. Also I really enjoyed these books and I think it may be time for a reread in a effort to get my mind off the wait for SA3

I always thought it referred to a gemheart for the beetle and I never gave much thought to night's cloak. As it is not capitalized I do not think it refers to the Nightwatcher, There is very little to go on and my guess is poetic for both. I'll show the only none mundane reference to night I found but I don't think they apply.

I think Brandons rules for magic leave his characters at a serious disadvantage. Jordan's characters are much less limited. Even if they struggled with the Stormfather they could just break out the Bowl of the Winds.

Comsmerian pick-up lines and one-liners.
LSU Tiger replied to BreathTaker's topic in General Brandon Discussion
Is that a rainspren in your pocket or are you just happy to see me. Sorry, I was just viewing Syl's reaction to. -
Stick is far to self aware to be awakened. Anyone who tried would find themselves breathless.

I'm guessing that Brandon will devote fewer words to Kaladins ship then we have in this topic but in WoT fashion I predict he will end married to three. So at this point I guess Jasnah as the princess and Eshonai as the savage. Sly I guess might serve for the dedicate supportive partner.

I despised her in WoK. In reread I skipped her and felt it improved the book in ever way. Early in WoR my dislike like of her hurt my enjoyment of the book but she grew on me throughout the book and by the end I enjoyed her PoVs as much as any. I don't know if the improvement is from learning more about her, Pattern constantly calling her a liar, the service she did by introducing Stick or FeatherWriters reactions in the splintercast but I'm glad she grew on me as she would be much harder to skip in this book.

I don't have a searchable form right now but I think I remember Mr T saying something derogatory of them and that they will come and claim the sword when he (Szeth) dies. edit not Mr T just Szeth talking to himself.

Lift/Wyndle is the one I most want to learn about. But Kaladin/Syl is the story.

I think the parshmen have already been blocked from bonding spren. Probable by bondsmith in the past. If they could bond spren wouldn't the parshendi have helped some of them.

He does more backstory and more about the magic system as the series goes on. Your still in the intro there's another 10,000 pages to go.
