  1. Sure, Adamir, go ahead and scan me instead of Shallan, although, if you do so, please add Shallan to your scan list for the next cycle. Do me a favour though, don't mention my role, if I have one (unless, of course, I'm secretly a Blasphemous Scholar - Then I kind of expect that you will tell everyone, and I'll be an idiot for requesting a scan ), just confirm for Hael whether or not I can be trusted. I'd have thought 'manageable' would be pretty self evident. Too many people have spoke up about a potential alliance between Moderation and Discovery for us not to be worried about it, and between Moderation and Discovery, there is a good chance that you can control enough votes to control the lynch. You may not be there just yet, but you're very close. 'Manageable' refers to getting Moderation and Discovery down to few enough members so everyone in Glory and Heritage no longer have to worry about this. If Moderation would like to cooperate with this, and start lynching Discovery members, then I'd welcome that, and look forward to the day when the three factions can honourably face each other on the field of battle, without having to worry about infiltrators. Edit: Also, Hael, how suspicious do you think it looks for you to call out one of the most active people in attempting to persuade the factions to work together to get rid of Discovery? It wasn't until the DiscoMod alliance (whether or not it's a real thing) came to light that I started advocating Moderation Open Season.
  2. Wow Wyrm, that wasn't even very good trolling. I'm ashamed of you If Heritage and Glory are working together to kill you, why would we ask the Teullu to protect you, when there is just as much chance that one of our own will die, and literally every chance that someone who voted for you would die? It may backfire later on, but for survival, our best chance is for Glory and Heritage to work together, and NOT stab each other in the back. Heritage, for now, until we have the DiscoMod alliance down to manageable numbers at least, should we put aside our differences and concentrate on obliterating Moderation, while we root out remaining Discoverers from our ranks?
  3. And one saying it is Elantris: The Seons should be helium filled balloons, on a transparent wire/string, which attaches to your collar, so then your Seon will follow you around the park. Stormlight Archive: The Sadeas Game Show. He presents numerous possibilities and scenarios. The contestants have to come up with new and interesting ways of stabbing each other in the back. Winner takes home a gemheart. Lightweaver's Show. Some kind of video tour, with a (real life) presenter dressed as Shallan. She can use the power of Lightweaving (or, just good technology) to recreate images, show people what they look like with different colour hair, even show off Pattern and allow a glimpse into Shadesmar. Mistborn: Mistwraith Scavenger Hunt. This is one for the kids. You give them a list when they first enter Sanderland, and as they go around, they have to collect small items from a number of different places - One of Kelsier's bones, a Chalkling (or maybe just a piece of chalk will do), and Infused Gemstone, and so on. Then, when they have completed the hunt and return all of the items, they receive a prize - a Blessing, maybe a certificate containing the First Contract, and a Kandra name for them. Edit: Elantris: Aon Doors. A multi-storey building, split into many little rooms. Each of the doors in the building has an aon on it. You need to work out the correct aon for the clue in the room to be able to move on. Edit 2: Can take place anywhere in the park: Murder Mystery Weekends, Sanderson Elimination Style.
  4. I've heard good things about both of them, but never got around to reading any of their work.
  5. Foreshadowing perhaps... How close did Adolin come to falling into the chasm while dueling Eshonai... That's some hardcore edge dancing, if you ask me
  6. Kas has clarified this for me. Discoverers do still vote on the lynch. So, assuming 6 members, that is still six votes on the lynch. We are down to 21 players total, so they only need 5 more votes from innocent players to control the lynch vote, and as I already said, that number is only going to go down. Assuming the worst, and that we still have one original Discoverer and have picked up another, and that Heritage still have both of theirs, that's our factions down by 4 votes. I hope for better, and that we are down a Discoverer, but we can't rely on optimism. Heritage, as the largest faction, I believe this makes it your turn to suggest someone to lynch. Who within your ranks do you suspect? And everyone in Glory and Heritage, on the off chance that Moderation and Discovery are working together, we need unity on the vote. Anyone in Moderation against allying with Discovery, I would ask that you join us in this vote. Edit: Seonid, you are still in Heritage, correct?
  7. We had put forward a few names for the lynch in last cycle's thread, but I voted for Zas. I think Wyrm was the target for our Striker, although Kipper did put some other names forward, including Aonar. Maill, seemed pretty convinced of his death last cycle. He kept saying things like he was innocent, and soon we would see, and he makes his own plans, but we'd see he was trustworthy. He even claimed the code he posted was basically saying 'I am dead. Don't do anything.' This makes me think he was the target of a kill, as opposed to the lynch, so Aonar was probably the lynch target, but I have no idea why other than the Discoverers must have had something to do with it if most people were voting for Zas (assumed). One possibility is that he was against the idea of allying with Discovery, so they manipulated the vote to get him out of the way. This brings me to another point. Kas, if this is just me being blind, I really am truly sorry (again), but I don't recall seeing anywhere that the Discovery faction don't get to vote on lynches when they are no longer part of the three factions. This would mean that everyone who has been saying 'Discoverers are no threat, they can't do anything' is immediately suspect. I'll admit, I did say this once (I don't recall if this was in the faction doc or in the thread off the top of my head) before I came to this realisation. What Seonid said earlier, about allying with Discovery leading to a Discovery victory, it will, and this is why. Even outside of the factions, if we are divided on our lynch targets, they can still control a vote, and the amount of support they need from outside Discovery to do this will only go down as more people die. Kas, if I'm wrong about this, please let me know. @Adamir: Thank you
  8. Explain please? I am in Glory, and I said in the post above yours who was taken from our faction. Edit 2: Oops, I thought I had given names. Sorry all. Kipper and Adamir were taken from us, and Maill was killed. If that's not what you mean, then do tell. While I'm on, I should also like to ask about the rumours going about that Moderation is considering an alliance with Discovery? Edit: Adamir, if you are willing, I'd like a scan of Shallan, please.
  9. One of them was Wyrm, and both you and I were her fourth suspicion. Me at first, then during a conversation at the end of the cycle, she admitted she had reservations about you too. It may or may not still be there though. Roles were revealed to each other, so parts of the conversation were deleted. If you take a look, you'll see we were mid-conversation when Kas closed the document. I think Wilson even got cut off mid-word. Isn't that why we lynched Emerald? As it happens, there were some suspicions about the names put forward, as has already been covered in earlier posts, and of course I would vote to lynch someone other than myself. I'm sure you would too I even went so far as to share my suspicions about the rest of my faction, barring Shallan and Maill. Mostly, because I've not seen enough from them to decide if I'm suspicious or not - Maill just joined us, and Shallan hasn't said much. Edit: Also, Wyrm is correct. Most of my faction don't see the point of sending a Striker after him. He is factionless, so cannot affect anything.
  10. Then if we are going by Wilson's suspicions, our nominations for the vote are: Myself, Kipper, Zas. I think my best argument that I'm innocent is that I've been active in the public threads, and have shown a willingness to cooperate in trying to find the Discoverers. I've also been active in the docs, with both relevant and irrelevant conversation. Kipper has said a few things in the doc that has made me think 'Hmmm', but out of the three, I'd have to go for Zas. He hasn't been active much in either the public threads or our faction doc. Edit: Also, Kas has popped into our doc and bashed me across the head (we got a meme and everything) with his rule clarifications regarding the Bloodsealer. What you said, Seonid, makes a lot more sense now. Edit 2: I'd also like to ask Heritage to put forward some names for consideration for lynching. By my calculations, both Glory and Heritage have 8 members.
  11. The Bloodsealer requires two cycles to kill someone, so they couldn't have targeted Wyrm unless they actively blocked his actions last cycle. Also, they need a deceased player to reanimate. There were some created this write up, but I don't know if they need a corpse before the cycle ends. Kas, another clarification here please? Edit: Also, meant to say, Wilson's suspicions were for Pixie, Zas, Wyrm, and myself. At the end of the cycle, myself and Wilson had the doc to ourselves, in which we revealed our roles to each other, and she admitted that she was also suspicious of Kipper 'so still had four suspects'. I take it this means that my revealing my role to her meant she trusted me, or, at least, suspected others more.
  12. Sorry Seonid, I believe you, but I do have to check... Orlok, would you please confirm or deny Seonid's statements? Edit: Seonid, I'll check last cycle's doc in a minute. In the meantime though, something doesn't add up about the kills. There were four of them. Emerald, I assume was the lynch, which means that there were four kill attempts. The other three deceased, and Wyrm. That means that either someone has multiple Striker Captains, or Emerald wasn't as absent as you thought and you used a MaiPon Forger. They are the only active kill roles in the game, unless I've missed something obvious. Was the MaiPon Forger the test you spoke of last cycle, to help confirm someone? Edit 2: I know, there are other ways of killing someone in the game, but they all take either circumstance, or time to set up. Kas, a rule clarification please. In the order of things, you have all of the different kills grouped together. What happens when one of the killers is lynched while they have a target? Does the kill still go through, or is it cancelled by the killer dying?
