Shardlet, could 0 mark the equator, 23 mark a line like the tropic of cancer/capricorn, and 68 is around something like an arctic/antarctic circle. I'm lost on 47 and 35.

Irrelevant to the mystery of the map, which sounds like a nancy drew novel incidentally, let's talk about Aimia. The rest of Roshar seems vaguely symmetrical with the left side thinner than the right. But if you add Aimia to the main landmass it seems Almost fully symmetrical. I am looking at this on my phone so I could possibly be making this up entirely.

There are also arrows pointing inwards on the compass at all directions except for leeward and storm ward. The design there looks more like a sword.
