Brandon has written a big blog post today. Well, actually, he's written a great deal, but today he wrote a blog post about what he spent 2014 doing. Some things are expected, like Firefight, Legion: Skin Deep, The Aztlanian (Rithmatist 2). But then there were some other things. He not only finished Shadows of Self, the sequel to Alloy of Law, but also wrote the next book after that, titled Bands of Mourning. Shadows will be released October 2015, and Bands will be released very shortly after in January 2016. Are you freaking pumped for how exciting 2015 will be? Sure, I know you're waiting for Stormlight 3, but get excited, guys. From Brandon's blog: In addition, he also wrote book five of Alcatraz, and he's happy with it, but there's no firm release date.Calamity (the third Reckoners book) is next up, and then Brandon will be spending basically all of 2015 on the third Stormlight book. He also spoke about his next projects, including timing on the Elantris sequel, Warbreaker sequel, and more. Most interestingly about the Elantris sequel: We are getting so much cosmere.Those are the major highlights. Other highlights include Silence Divine being downgraded to a novella, and Dragonsteel won't be worked on until Stormlight is done in its entirety. Crafty Games, the lovely people who makes the Mistborn Adventure Game (and its two supplements!), has an exciting Kickstarter. They are making lovely Allomancy dice that have an Allomantic symbol on the six slot. Guess what, it's already funded, so if you back it, you're definitely getting some really nice dice! (Assonance not intentional.) For a mere $20 you will get eight beautiful dice, and right now, they have four symbols, the symbols of the Physical metals. But if they hit their stretch goals, they will replace the duplicate dice with new symbols, going up to all eight basic metals, and eventually, it will include atium and gold as well. So check out the Kickstarter and its awesome goals. There's 39 days left to pitch in, so you have plenty of time to contribute to these cool dice! -
I think I might shut this thread down. When you see spambots, use the report feature and staff do see those. In fact for each spam account just one report is sufficient, no need to send a report for each post. I don't know if this topic serves much purpose, you know? Especially because when I see a post in this forum I expect something pretty wrong, you know? So again, just send a report. You don't need to PM anyone, the report tools are good enough

It did? Yay! mail-mi, then it should probably be fixed soonish for you. Like many DNS things they take a bit to roll out to people.

As I said, it may need to propagate to fix the issue, which takes time. And I may not have actually solved it anyway.

I may have resolved it, though DNS may need to propagate. I am just disabling IPv6 support, because I believe that's the problem.

Excellent. Thank you everyone. I am pretty sure I know how to fix this. I will let you know when I have potentially fixed it and you can tell me how it goes. I am very sorry for the technical difficulties; it is new ground for me.

Interesting, and that didn't ping anything? Very interesting. Which browser? I believe this to be related to IPv6 compatibility issues which I will resolve very soon. Anyone else please also let me know if you get this error. In addition please use that ping command, as that will be very helpful. Hopefully it will be resolved tonight!

Hmmm, I think there are two unrelated errors going on. If you cannot load the site, please tell me the browser error that you get. I think yours might be DNS related...
