Wind and Truth has a cover!

..the American cover, that is; we knew about the UK cover from Gollancz for some time now. But yes! After weeks of teasing us with very, very pixellated images, Tor has finally revealed their cover for Wind and Truth. So, without further ado: behold!

It is, of course, Dalinar atop Urithiru, seemingly facing off against the Everstorm. We don't know what the full artwork looks like yet, unfortunately, though you can see sketches of it on Michael Whelan's Substack page.

For a bit of trivia: this is apparently Whelan's final cover art ever. For the past decade or so, the five Stormlight Archive book covers have been his only professional works, and it seems that with Wind and Truth, he is ready for true retirement. We don't know yet who'll paint the back half, but well, that's the problem for future Tor, isn't it?

First impression, this is pretty nice.  I’m definitely a fan whenever he depicts storms on Stormlight Archive covers. 

As for ranking Stormlight covers: 1) Way of Kings (iconic), 2) Oathbringer (Queen Jasnah in effect), 3) tie Words of Radiance and Wind and Truth (although Wind and Truth may take the lead after I let it grow on me some more) and 5) Rhythm of War (I prefer his WoR endpaper of Shallan to his RoW cover, personally, but to each their own).

It’s finally time! I had pre-ordered immediately. Thankfully I had also bought the audible version as well, since I have to go pick up the Hardcover.

The cover for Wind and Truth is gorgeous and perfectly conveys the story. To enhance the personal qualifications and get the authentic write my cover letter service to fulfill target industry goals and engages with reading novels.

1) Words of Radiance bc 💖 Kaladin plus I love that scene in the book so it was SUPER fun to see it come to life.

2) Way of kings bc I always loved that he gave them a salute

3) Wind and Truth bc Dalinar facing the Everstorm\Odium\Taravagainian\Retribution breaks my heart

4) Oathbringer and ROW tie bc 1; Jasnah. (Nothing else needs be said am I right?) and 2: I love Shallan she reminds me of me lol
