So in RoW, we see Navani learn A LOT about investiture, mainly how the rhythms work as maybe just another part of what makes up investiture. She also figures out that if she creates the right tones, that she can create investiture (create may not technically be correct, I suspect she is not adding to the net amount of investiture, just pulling it from probably the spiritual realm but for the purpose of this post I think that is a semantic difference).

The obvious question that is brought up by this is "Can anyone do that?" Can anyone have a functionally unlimited source of investiture if they just figure out the right pitch to hum at and have the right intent? The only other option I can think of is that it is just a bondsmith ability. The only similar ability we have seen before is Dalinar with honor's perpendicularity. Also, Navani likely would have could have been showing powers as a proto-radiant at that point.

However, Dalinar isn't really creating investiture like Navani is. As far as I can tell, all he is doing (not that it isnt impressive in its own right) is pulling a preexisting source of investiture to his location. By contrast, Navani is the source of it. If Dalinar is just summoning the perpendicularity, Navani is becoming one in a sense. Additionally, even if Navani was using proto-radiant powers, Dalinar needed to be of the third ideal to summon the perpendicularity, and I dont recall exactly, but I remember us getting quotes that even then the stormfather thinks it should not be possible. There is no way Navani would have that kind of power before the first ideal.

So, in the next book, should we be seeing music classes become far more important? Are radiant with perfect pitch super strong? Are singer radiants like Venli and Rlain way stronger than the average human radiant as long as they have the right knowledge? Or do we think this is a Navani only ability?

I might be wrong, but I don't think Navani got stormlight by humming Honor's tone. The fused can get voidlight via a rhythm, but I think they can do that because Odium gives it to them. The rhythm is just a way to get his attention. If you're referring to Navani making towerlight, that is not because of a rhythm but because of her bond with the sibling.

I dont have the books on me to check, but didnt she "create" some voidlight as well, and also she got anti-voidlight with huming

Navani couldn't create voidlight with humming. The fused could, but they just get it from Odium. Navani converted voidlight into anti-voidlight by humming, she didn't make new voidlight.

Yeah, she didn't create the void-light or Anti-voidlight.  She took voidlight in a gemstone, put it at the end of a vacuum tube, allowed it to drift to the other side, where an empty gemstone waited, and played the Anti-voidlight tone, so the first thing it would hear upon entering the empty gemstone was the anti-voidlight tone.

So, using this method, it is possible, maybe, she could change voidlight into Stormlight.  Or into other kinds of investiture.  But she didn't actually create the light itself.  Just altered it.

She found herself humming a different tone instead. The one Raboniel had
always given her, with its chaotic rhythm. Yes, this close to death, Navani
could only hear that. His tone. Eager to claim her.
The Sibling whimpered.
And Navani inverted the tone.
All it took was Intent. Odium gave her the song, but she twisted it back
upon him. She hummed the song of anti-Voidlight, her hand pressed to the
pillar

I think it's just her hand touching the pillar right now

Navani, the Sibling said. I accept your Words.

Power flooded Navani. Infused her, making her pain evaporate like water

on a hotplate. Together, she and the Sibling created Light

Navani definitely created light by just singing and having her hand on the pillar.

I don't think that's Navani creating light, so much as the Sibling being capable of creating towerlight, and needing someone to reattune them to Honor's pitch.

Navani didn't make the light by singing and having her hand on the pillar, she made light by fixing the Sibling's connection to Honor.

Ok.  No.  The whole point of the entire book is that Tones have an affect on Investiture, or Light.  Humming the right tone can cause the Light to react.  When she touched the pillar and hummed the Anti-Voidlight tone, she wasn't creating light. She was introducing a vibration (I.E., Tone) that vibrated contrary to the Voidlight within the pillar, causing the Voidlight to react.  She wasn't creating light.  She was creating a tone that affected the light.

In your second quote, yes, she was creating Tower Light, because that's what a Bondsmith can do, or at least the Bondsmith of the Sibling.  In the second instance, she did not create it by singing, she created it because she was then bound to the Sibling.  Notice no singing in the second instance.
