It's not exactly a language, it's basically just a dialect of English (or Scadrian or whatever) because it uses essentially the same words but has different grammar, so it wouldn't really fit into Duolinguo.

Yes, or on a platform like it to actually learn it. I wonder if programming a translator would be easier

There is a translator, but my official ;) review is that the translation from High Imperial to normal isn't great

I did not know about this one. I used to use highimperialtranslator.com, but the website is gone now. I would still like to learn it rather than using a translator every time.

It's not translating anything for me. When I generate a random sentence, it puts the same sentence in the other place.
