It was magical Since her first ball she'd imagined entering with a man on her arm and now here she was. At the mention of the Raveness from the announcer, almost every head in the ballroom turned to see what outfit the nightterror was sporting. Several small gasps came when the crowd noticed that Caden was with her and a giddy grin gallivanted 'cross her face. She turned her head to see what expression Caden was sporting. Surely even he couldn't deny the magic.

Surely even he couldn't deny the magic. Caden sighed, exchanging his bored expression for one that invoked fear in whoever looked upon it. He hadn't needed to practice it, and it kept most of the foolsih noblemen away, so it suited his needs. As he saw his wife look back towards him, he felt his back straighten without his command and he held his head up a little higher. He raised an eyebrow, "all you dreamed of?"
