In Oathbringer in the chapter: THE GIRL WHO LOOKED UP there is the following description on page 257. Quote A dark mass wriggled deep inside, squeezing between walls. Like goo, but with bits jutting out. Those were elbows, ribs, fingers splayed along one wall, each knuckle bending backward. I know that we are led to believe that this is a description of an unmade — but doesn’t that sound like a Kandra? Does anyone have any insights on this?

JoyBlu she/her Posted November 4, 2020 Author Posted November 4, 2020 @aneonfoxtribute and @Honorless Thanks for the info. It seems that Midnight Essence is very kandra like then. I didn’t realize before that the Midnight Essence had bones in it. I thought it was more of an inflated Smokey balloon.
