Cheese by itself is just so-so, but when you add it to virtually any other food, it tastes delicious.

Cheese always tastes like it's about to go moldy, is moldy, or has been moldy for years.

Best thing in the world is when making  a cheese sandwich for breakfast, you sneak a slice and just shove it in your mouth.  Like, your tastebuds are rested and the taste is almost overwhelming and it just sends shivers through your whole body.

Storms, how did I miss this thread. I love cheese, and dairy products in general. colby jack, cheddar, and gouda are my favorites.

Lately, I've only had some cheddar, worked into my hamburger patties. I've got some handcrafted Swiss in the fridge.  Trying to lose weight so I had to cut back to 2-3 pounds of cheese a week. Some of my favorite cheeses are cheddar,  mimolette, manchego, pecorino Romano, and grana padano.
