theTruthshaper Posted September 19, 2020 Posted September 19, 2020 (edited) So, I read a post about how shamayim means sky, and I realized that Fused names could be transliterations of Hebrew words. So I tried with the other Parshendi words I know, and I got: Shamayim means sky. Masveh means disguise/mask. Neshua is something close to a marriage/bond/connection I was wondering if the Parshendi language had a lot of overlap with Hebrew, especially since we already know that Stormlight, in part, draws from Jewish culture. They can mold substances into different shapes not change them into other substances. 1
Necessary Eagle she/her Posted October 9, 2020 Posted October 9, 2020 Nex sounds kind of like nes, miracle?

That could reference their propensity to the one on one style of fighting. Nex-im could be be nes or perhaps nisa- the word for traveling. @Necessary Eagle Edited October 9, 2020 by Nathrangking 2
