Probably those stop-motion animated anti-smoking ones of the 'little lungs in a great big world'.  It's not the message that gets me, it's the style of the animation.  Ugh.  It's just... bleughhh.  Or the University of Arizona one where it's just voiceover on a still picture of some thirty-five Brad lookin dude.

I do have a cloak. it's bright red. I wore it on character day at school last year (I was Dr. Strange) and then I loved it so much that I just wore it randomly on and off for the rest of the year. I don't wear anymore, but it was still pretty cool while it lasted. Anyways, to answer your question, yes, but not often.
