I’d probably bring Kaladin or Kelsier because they both have tendencies to survive against the odds. Or Hoid, because… Hoid.

What question do you want to be asked? What is the answer to that question? Why did you choose that question?

That exact question, that exact question, for the sake of recursion!

Otherwise... I don't know. Something interesting. More interactive than the usual AMA starters, like "what's your most/least favorite book/character, Sanderson or otherwise?". Seriously, I think I covered in that one sentence the most asked questions in intros and AMAs. Yes, I get it. You want to talk about books, this is s good conversation starter. And we are, after all, all fans of the same author. Since this is the basic attribute we all share, this is a logical point to start from. Thing is, when people ask me that it doesn't work as a conversation starter. Maybe if you add a "why" clause. And maybe you should. Maybe the question I most want to be asked is a why question about my opinions, things I write, et cetera. And if so, I don't really know which. So ask away, and I'll answer. Maybe now, after thinking of it, I'll actually open an AMA thread.

What is your favorite platform of storytelling (written books, audiobooks, graphic audio, movies, etc.)? Why is that?

It's video games, I think there's something about such a non-linear way to tell stories. And I don't mean non-linear as in branching storyline, but as in the way you experience the story and the world is one you wouldn't be able to in a book or a movie because it implies pausing or getting off the track. You can just walk straight to your destination, or you could get invested in the scenery and examine things from every angle. You could ignore the non-plot-important people around you, like other media would, or you could take a moment to talk to them. They'll likely won't say anything important or remarkable, but you get a little insight into their heads, and therefore you know a little more about the world, and it now has made your experience just a little bit better because of it.

Besides they're really versatile. They can be as text heavy as a book if they need, or they can have a visual direction matching a movie's. It's a medium that already has all the advantages the others have, plus a lot of its own, so there you have it.

You meet your favorite cosmere character but you do so inside their own world, and you can't let them know that you know what they've lived through. What do you do?

Ask for them to recount their tales so I can write a biography about them.

If you had the opportunity, would you go to a medieval/renaissance style party?

Oohh, I probably would.

Thoughts on PB&J (peanut butter and jelly/jam) sandwiches?

I don't have one! You should all convert to Judaism, because our holidays are great!

Joking aside, I really don't have a least favorite holiday. They're all great in their own unique way. Also, you wouldn't know a thing about most of our holidays. Anyway, Pesach is coming, and this is a great holiday in and of itself, but... Oh, the preparations. The part I'd rather not talk about.

Interesting choice. Now I'm starting to feel excited to Brandon's books being made into video games. My experience with video games is mostly pokemon, which isn't really that versatile IMO, but we'll see.

No. Do you...?

What do you think of your hairstyle?

Loving the highlights, regretting the haircut. Short haircuts are fine on me for a few days, but then eventually the bottom section will just poof out because my hair's just kind of dry I guess, and I hate how it look. Planning to let it grow out this time tbh.

Have you ever dyed your hair?

Yup! I dunked it in kool-aid last summer with the impression that it was only gonna stay for like, a month, but it's been a year and it's still there. I cut my hair since then so it's only on the ends, but, beware, kool-aid is permanent.

Lol.

Have you ever cried at a fictional character's death?

Ohhhh yeah. Dobby alone has gotten me at least 12 times.

Who is a character that you love that dies, but who you wouldn't want to bring back?

I cried at Tien's death.

Now to answer Queen's question. Hmmm. Bill Cipher, Gravity Falls.

On purpose, on the couch.

Other than that no. And I've only fallen twice by accident. Many more times on purpose.

Ever found a book you hated so much you wanted to burn or destroy it?

Nothing immediately springs to mind... With books I don't like, I'm the embodiment of 'I'm not mad, I'm just disappointed'.

Have you ever driven stick shift?
