Which form are the singers?

After the Everstorm restores the Singers' Identity and Connection, they appear in different forms, although (aside from the Regals) they don't seem to have bonded voidspren, since they lack the red eyes. Have they taken the old forms? Why would Odium allow such freedom?

He is not.  The fused gather spren and give them to the parshe so that they have to take the form they are assigned to.  If he needs warform soldiers he gets some angerspren.  If he needs additional porters he makes workforms.  This mandate by the fused and ultimately Odium of what you do and who you are was one of the major things that caused the listeners to leave.

I think Warform are made from Determination Spren (or whatever spren is associated with this emotion), not anger spren.

As to the larger question, I assume there are not enough Voidspren to give all Singers the forms of Power (Regals) and that having lots of Work forms, War forms, scholar forms, scout forms are useful to the Fused and Odium.

There is a "form" they are born into before they take their first Form as teenagers (or their equivalent youth anyway). Th restored Singers might be that at the moment.  I also thought that they mentioned somewhere in WoR that i want to say Dullform was the default form they would take if they failed to attract a spren for one of the other Forms, and was a more common occurrence while they were trying to rediscover new Forms.

It doesn't seem like it would be Dullform that they get, because the restored singes don't seem to have the diminished mental state that is associated with it.  Though it could be that in comparison to slaveform, they are downright brilliant.

 

I would assume something like nimbleform or something as the default, but that's just how I read it

The singers that Kaladin finds after visiting his parents were in warform and I'm pretty sure Venli at one point notes a singer that is in scholarform, so it seems like they were just given various regular forms.
