[Channelknight Fadran]

"Hey, kiddo." Fadran frowned, obviously concerned. "You feeling alright?"

[Quivil]

"I ain't a kid." She sounds tired. "My brain broke, and I think I Chaosed my color when the suckers were trying to steal it? So now my color's broken too. It might wear off eventually..." She trails off, her eyelids drooping.

[Channelknight Fadran]

"No no no... kid..." Fadran placed a hand on her shoulder. "Ayia!"

She muttered something unintelligible.

[Quivil]

"I'm not dying, I'm just tired!" she snapped.

She has to last 'til next week.

[Channelknight Fadran]

"You look really drained, kiddo. Maybe you aren't dying but you certainly aren't just tired."

[Quivil]

"I told you. I think I Chaosed what the colorsuckers were doing, and it should wear off eventually."

[Channelknight Fadran]

"I... don't know what that means."

[Quivil]

"It means magic."

[Channelknight Fadran]

"Alright. Just... sit down for now, okay?"

[Quivil]

"But why?" She tries to step closer, stumbles, and collapses, ending up sitting on the ground. "Oh fine, I'll sit down."

[Channelknight Fadran]

Fadran ran over and shook Ayia. "Hey! Ayia! I think your kid's..." he lowered his voice, "passing out."

[Quivil]

"I'm not her kid!" Tvora yells at him from where she's sitting. "I'm not anyone's kid!"

[Channelknight Fadran]

"I can tell because she's uncharacteristically grumpy."

Ayia muttered something like "if you wake me up I'm gonna be uncharacteristically grumpy," but it was really impossible to tell what she was saying.

[Quivil]

"Of course I'm grumpy! You guys keep calling me a kid! I'm not a kid!"

[Channelknight Fadran]

"What would you be, then?"

[Quivil]

"A Chaos demon! You expect us to look big when we're old like normal people? That wouldn't be chaotic at all!"

[Channelknight Fadran]

"You don't act like a grown-up person." Fadran frowned. "So... what, do you get less mature as you go along?"

[Quivil]

"It's called Chaos! Why would you expect me to act my age?"

[Channelknight Fadran]

"In that case you're a kid. I've met plenty of people eons older than I'll ever be but still immature." Fadran leaned back. "That's how it works."

[Quivil]

"Nah, if I were a kid I'd make very different noises. And walk on four legs. And probably have horns."

[Mist she/her]

Ember ran up to the group. "There you are! I've been looking for you guys, but then I didn't want to interfere with your fight. And Fadran, hello! It's been a while."

[Channelknight Fadran]

"Oh hey Ember." Fadran frowned. "You didn't want to interfere? You're one of the better fighters here. Not that we needed your help! I mean--don't feel bad that you weren't... helpful..." He cleared his throat. "Wow. That sounded... horrible."
