Hi. I'm new here. I got into the cosmere last year, when my neighbor lent me Mistborn. I've read Mistborn era 1, The Alloy of Law, Shadows of Self, The Way of Kings, Words of Radiance, and I'm partway through Oathbringer, Elantris, and Warbreaker. I want to read The Bands of Mourning, but the library's closed because of COVID-19. I'm trying to convince myself not to read White Sand until I've finished at least two of the cosmere books I'm currently reading. I guess we'll see how that goes. And since 17S is for all of Brandon Sanderson's works, not just the cosmere, I've read Skyward and Starsight, too.

Probably Truthwatcher, but I like the Elsecallers too. Jasnah's my favorite character. My favorite surges are Illumination, Transformation, and Gravitation, but I think I still have to stick with Truthwatcher.

Do you have access to Libby? It is a free app connected to your local library. It is essentially just a digital library. You might be able to get The Bands of Mourning that way.

I do have Libby. I can't get Bands of Mourning on it. I think my library might be able to deliver books or something, but one of my friends has Bands of Mourning out anyway.

Oh, that's hard. I'm not sure I've read enough books to say, but probably Roshar. Nalthis seems cool, but I've only read, like, a chapter of Warbreaker. Wait- if I choose Roshar, is Odium there? Because I wouldn't want that.

My favorite character in all of the cosmere? Probably either Sazed or Jasnah. Although Hoid is great, too. And my least favorite character is probably Amaram.

I can't think of anything I've noticed before it was stated outright. I'm not great with that sort of thing. A lot of my friends have noticed things that I feel like I should have but didn't.

I... think I'll pass on the cookies for now.

I'd probably rather have Kaladin over. Kelsier's a little too... Kelsier. I mean that in a good way, but...
