Can't access my profile

Whenever I click on my pfp in the top right corner it sends me to what should be my profile, but the page doesn't load

I have the same thing happen when I click on your profile picture, just for info.

Edit: It is inaccessible through tagging and searching for your profile too.

I can't access your profile either. This has happened to me a couple of times. One time it said that I was not a member of the 17th Shard while I was most definitely logged in.

Edit: not while trying to access my own account, I mean other people's accounts

Maybe try logging in and logging out if you haven't yet, then?

Just adding to this. Using Safari on MacBook Pro and its just a white page. Others profiles are loading.

This is very strange and I don't know why this would be happening.

I can see the profile. 

 

Observation: normal users can't see the profile, an Arcanist, mod and admin can. We need to look into the server logs to see if there are any errors I guess. I don't think it's browser related.

So indeed, Mestiv is correct. For whatever reason, members can't view the profile but individuals with higher permissions can.

The only Google result I had regarding this said it was a core IPS issue that occurred a bit randomly, which was the best I found. We are in quite a dire need for site updates, and though I will try to do it next week given my semester is done Friday, there are at least four important site things before I can update the IPS software, not to mention rejigger the skin to work on the new site. This might need to wait until January... It's a pretty big list of things to do.

If you want anything fixed or altered on your profile I can do that... Not sure if there is a way to fix this in the meantime.

If anyone has a similar profile that breaks, post here.
