This is kind of stupid, but my cousin and I can never agree how to pronounce these names. There are probably other ways, but these are our personal opinions. Aside from how Branderson says them, what do you guys think?

I think Rock would be OK with any of the above.  We airsick lowlanders are incapable of proper speech after all.

Pretty sure its Numuhukumakiaki’aialunamor actually :-)

Please record a soundbite of you saying that and then post it.

For 1 and 2, neither of those. In my head they've always been Shall-an and Sa-day-chull (with the second and third run together). For 3, I always immediatley think of Humuhumunukunukuapua'a when I see his full name. No doubt because I'm an airsick lowlander.

EDIT: Oh wow, the board's auto-correct feature decided it didn't like the syllable I use for the end of Sadeas' name so it replaced it with another one that's perfectly appropriate for him.

Brandon says Shallan closet to the second one (I asked him at a signing) IIRC he also said KAL-a-din and se-ZETH. I (unintentionally) have been saying Sadeas as two syllables with a very similar sound to sadist
