Moving her wrists in complicated ways she creates a beautiful circlet with a blue Jem, red on the ends, and the main part icy blue.

It was a simple matter of using your sword as a blueprint and manipulating my own investiture to match it. It's not a perfect copy, but the only real difference is in the color.
