I am a relatively new member of the 17th shard and I was wondering if I am just naturally prolific or if I am actually writing too much to the degradation of other people's experiences.  This is worth asking since it looks like in over half of the Cosmere threads I have the last post.

If you were doing anything inappropriate one of the site monitors would let you know; they are really good about that and keeping things running smoothly. If you haven't heard anything from them than don't worry about it.

Ahh! Doesn't bother me. Its very easy to just scroll past posts that are uninteresting or I don't want to read for whatever reason.

Okay yeah that's one thing, but how'd you quote it?

There is always another secret.

Fair enough!

(You have it sorted in order of votes instead of time)

I didn't even know that was an option...how do I change it?

If you look below the "x answers to this question" and above the first answer it has a little switch. It only works in Cosmere Q&A though.

I love that I was downvoted for trying to keep the discussion on topic. That's hilarious :D

As long as your posts have something of substance to them, you're fine.  From what I can recall, yours do.  It's posts that don't actually say anything that are against the rules.

From the Site Rules:

Quote

Spamming

Obviously, we don't tolerate spamming (is there somewhere that actually does?). Don't post something with just an emoticon or "lol". Make sure all your posts have purpose and actually says something. A post like "lol" makes it seem like you are simply padding your post count.

As for being the last post on a lot of threads, I think this is actually fairly common for a lot of people.  I think a lot of people's activity on the Shard tends to happen at certain times of day (e.g. lunch break), so it makes sense that it would happen.
