Karger he/him Posted May 10, 2019 Posted May 10, 2019 (edited) I am a relatively new member of the 17th shard and I was wondering if I am just naturally prolific or if I am actually writing too much to the degradation of other people's experiences. This is worth asking since it looks like in over half of the Cosmere threads I have the last post. Edited May 10, 2019 by Karger 1
Ammanas Posted May 10, 2019 Posted May 10, 2019 If you were doing anything inappropriate one of the site monitors would let you know; they are really good about that and keeping things running smoothly. If you haven't heard anything from them than don't worry about it. 1
Kidpen he/him Posted May 10, 2019 Posted May 10, 2019 *checks join date* holy heck that's insane. you're probably fine though.

Ammanas Posted May 11, 2019 Posted May 11, 2019 Ahh! Doesn't bother me. Its very easy to just scroll past posts that are uninteresting or I don't want to read for whatever reason.
+Invocation Posted May 11, 2019 Posted May 11, 2019 @Karger I don't care how much you post, but how did you respond to something RShara said before she said it?????????

+Invocation Posted May 11, 2019 Posted May 11, 2019 Just now, Karger said: I burn atium while on 17th shard obviously. Don't you? Okay yeah that's one thing, but how'd you quote it?

RShara she/her Posted May 11, 2019 Posted May 11, 2019 I love that I was downvoted for trying to keep the discussion on topic. That's hilarious 2
old man moomba he/him Posted May 11, 2019 Posted May 11, 2019 Shh. The 17th Shard Discord Collective is on to me...
Scion of the Mists Posted May 14, 2019 Posted May 14, 2019 As long as your posts have something of substance to them, you're fine. From what I can recall, yours do. It's posts that don't actually say anything that are against the rules. From the Site Rules: Quote SpammingObviously, we don't tolerate spamming (is there somewhere that actually does?). Don't post something with just an emoticon or "lol". Make sure all your posts have purpose and actually says something. A post like "lol" makes it seem like you are simply padding your post count. As for being the last post on a lot of threads, I think this is actually fairly common for a lot of people. I think a lot of people's activity on the Shard tends to happen at certain times of day (e.g. lunch break), so it makes sense that it would happen.
