Did anyone else read the terms of use?

I just wonder how many people didn't realize that by creating an account they unwittingly sold their immortal soul to an admin named Rubix, unless they yodeled (poorly, or course) with a shoe on their head when they clicked the "Create my account" button. 

I smell a lawsuit. Maybe.

Wow. And here I thought that Warbreaker breath reference was as far as it got with that soul joke. Rubix, don't tell me you intend to claim your property later on with Hemalurgic spikes. That would be mean.

But you should know, my yodeling skills are quite excellent.  They've never been insulted as they've never been used.

Dude, where were you nine months ago? We could have equated souls and Breath, then used Scrivener's Bones logic to put an end to the intro thread Breath poaching skirmishes by declaring that none of the participants had souls to forfeit to begin with because they’d all given them to Rubix. (Who, based on a site-wide membership count of 22,617 should be at the fifth heightening right now.)* Kudos to him. 

 

*I’m assuming he spent ~20,000 of them on awakening the sword in his profile picture. That seems like something he'd do.
