EnergyEpic
I don’t know why but I just felt like starting a random Reckoners topic.
EnergyEpic
Has anybody seen they came out with a new board game for the Reckoners? It looks really cool!
+Invocation
Yeah, the board game looks interesting. I like the fact that no two playthroughs would be exactly the same.

EnergyEpic
What are everybody’s favorite quotes? mine is probably “They we’re like alligators. Really fast alligators. Wearing black. Ninja alligators” Edited December 13, 2018 by EnergyEpic
TwiLyghtSansSparkles she/her
Probably "I'm a washing machine at a gun show," because not only is that a proper metaphor, but even though it's just ink and paper you can see the look on Regalia's face and it. is. Glorious.
NotarySojac
Not sure about quotes in general (I remember there being some quite good ones, but can't think of any off the top of my head), but my favorite of David's metaphors is "like a brick made of porridge." That feeling sums me up way too well.
Embrisk he/him
You're like a potato, a potato in a minefield. You're walking through a minefield and you step on something, and you look down in horror, but it's only a potato.
SandersonFanderson she/her
One of my favorites has got to be "It was like finding out that Santa Claus was secretly a Nazi." As far as inspirational goes, I really like "We're not moments, we're events...we change, like swirling clouds and a rising sun"

It looks really cool! I'm a huge fan of Sentinels of the Multiverse, so I'm encouraged to see another superhero game on the market--especially one based on my favorite setting of the type! I don't know if I'll wind up getting it, but the interest is definitely there.
Embrisk he/him
A bit off topic, but a cosmere computer game would be awesome. When you die, you are reborn as a different person on a different world. One day you could be an Elantrian, the next life could be a trader in Roshar, your next life could be a steelpush, in Scadrial.
Ghanderflaffle she/her
That would be really neat, but I have a lot of reading left to do before I would let myself play anything like that. I haven't even read Edgedancer yet!

At least 90% of the game would be such thrilling titles as Skaa Simulator, in which you grind for hours trying to sweep ash out of your crops before getting murdered by a nobleman in an unskippable cutscene, and Darkeyes Simulator, in which basically the same thing happens except there's also the possibility that whitespines (which you can't kill) will attack you in your field.
Embrisk he/him
Mm, I think the worlds would update a bit at a time, so if you start early, your a Ska slave. Grind for a few thousand years, and before you know it, you're a Surgebinder ^^
