ok so I just got this message from my friend.... any advice/comments?

during lunch they were talking about how they were hanging out on saturday and I asked hey why am I never invited to these things and one m=of my friends was like idk don't ask me so then the next two did the same thing when I ask her (very calm voiced and not at all attacking just asking) and she was like why are you yelling at me like this why are you attacking me for this. to this I replied with I'm not yelling I'm actually speaking very quietly and asking a question then I get this message after school

Okay I FINALLY have time to write this, here we go.

Some of the things that you’ve been talking about are similar to things I’ve actually talked about to a friend of mine who’s has been studying psychology. What she talked about made a lot of sense and I realized that making friends isn’t just about enjoying time around people, it’s also about mutual respect. Friendship requires a give-and-take situation for it to last, if you’re only talking about yourself whenever you’re around your friends, it gets mentally taxing, and though you might not be trying to sound like it, it can come off as kind of selfish. I would talk more but I don’t wanna type anything else, just remember to not be leaning on someone too much, lest they get tired (also don’t antagonize people, as a side note).

yeah that all makes sense the part that's more confusing to me is the fact that she is louder and talks about her even more by a lot and it honestly confusing me. its just none of my friends try to talk or reach out to me. I cant name the last time that happened honestly. I'm just honestly confused tho.
