Newbie, Thanks to my Hot Wife

My wife is a huge fan of Brandon Sanderson books, and I eventually decided to read some myself.

Many of you probably know my wife as "The Darkeyed Musician" 

She makes (among other things) cosmere themed music and has many videos up on YouTube, check her out!

At the moment, I am only so far as the first 3 books in the Stormlight archive. These have ended up becoming my favorite books of all time! And I've read quite a bit! It's silly, but I sometimes get just as choked up reading these stories as I do with scripture,it's truly beautiful.

Next I'm working on Edgedancer, Warbreaker, and Mistborn (in that order)

Thanks so much for all the kind words on her music, I'm very proud of her . She works very hard and has a great talent for it. I'll drag her in some more lol

What's with the cookies? I don't get the joke .. Hahahaha

And to Sorana's question: my favorite character has to be Kaladin. He is imperfect(therefore more relatable) but very honorable. I can connect with him in ways not possible in most other stories. I admit also, his fighting style reminds me of video games from growing up lol

Least favorite character... At this point in the story, I'm happy with how they've developed, so I couldn't say. Shallan and Renarin got much better over time, that's for sure.

@Clutch4Breaker88 some people offer spiked cookies to those who joined the forum. It's some kind of joke. You'll understand it, once you've read Mistborn. Just don't take the cookies and don't repeat any words that shound like you might give away your breath.
