A voice echoed in Jaco’s head... Kick behind you... Jaco fell onto his back, with his feet facing the oncoming Mace, and kicked with both feet the moment Mace collided with him. Mace was shot back down the alley, and slammed into a wall. Jaco did not know where that burst of strength had come from, but he wasn’t going to complain.

12 hours. Then he wins the fight by default.

I win the fight in twelve Hours because an Aon Sheo exploded straight in your face. Meaning it made contact through the eyehole. Also does the armor now cover everything except the eyes? are there no joints exposed?

Also here's how Aon Sheo works: You slowly turn into a corpse, flaking away over time. In 12 hours, rigor mortis sets in, your body stiffens and paralysis sets in, and you proceed to keep decaying.

And let's be realistic here. If you attempt to reach out and grab a well trained fighter who is ready to dodge attacks, they will dodge the attack.

Devaan stood up, barely a scratch on him after he was flown through the air. Those Aon's were incredible.

"Veil. Good to have you here"

"I saw what was happening and wanted to help, sorry about the roof"

"It's fine. I'll bill you later"

"Wait what?"

"Follow my lead, be tricky. I want that armor off of him. If I attack from one side, you try pull a piece off from the other, and be careful about his shields. They can slap you around"

Devaan gave his teammate a focus card. "Tap that"

A white line formed between Devaan and Veil "It's like the spirit tether, but for healing" He told her

Devaan then rushed forwards, throwing a bladed glove at the palm of typhoon's gauntlet then darting in under his sword, reaching up and using another card to stab his opponent through the eye visor. Hopefully that did some damage. He ducked under Typhoon's attempt to trap him with a grab and kicked him in the chest, It didn't do much, but it felt really good.

A howl echoes from the cliffs, then another only closer.

Akrasia smiled and howled again.

He was coming.

Lights swirled under his skin, for the first time in a long while the animal and his rational mind were in tune. Colorful tassels curled around him protecting him, propelling him, he hurdled through the air towards the sounds of fighting. An old ally was in trouble, and a new enemy needed to fall

Quote

In case I wasn't clear, wich I wasn't, Devaan is the ally and Typhoon is the new enemy.

Devaan heard the howl in the distance and grinned. Things were looking up, Akrasia was coming.

Activating an Aon Edo shield Akrasia crashed into the ground tassels dramatically swirling around him winking at Devaan he muttered "bind things at which I point." Spinning to face Typhoon he thrust one arm forwards two ropes unraveled from it before springing forwards towards their target.

Devaan grinned and Leapt at Typhoon, muttering to his cloak "flay those I fight" The aluminium tips glinted in the sunlight and began tearing into his opponent, attempting to force their way through the armour, slithering through any cracks and joints while Devaan attempted to rip off Typhoon's helmet

Uh, keep in mind Rashan’s kind of stretched between all three realms right now, his body won’t be able to take it for very long.

Rashan was being stretched. The Beyond pulled him up, the physical body pulled him down, f this kept up, Rashan would be irreparably sperated into three beings, Physical, Cognitive and Spiritual.

He shouted against the pain. It hurt so much, being pulled so hard, being in all three realms at once. He would be torn apart soon.

Soon. Because for now, all Rashan felt was pain. All three kinds.

Typhoon had a simple solution, for all of this. He lifted his own Aon Sheo card. If you want to mess with the best, you gotta be prepared for the worst. He tapped it and slammed it hard into Devaan, after pinning him so he couldn't dodge. He whipped around and tried to wipe Akrasia's soul into the Beyond with his Shardblade. He turned to Veil. Hazekiller began doing something that would be considered legal. This way, if Veil tried to attack Typhoon, Veil would be breaking the law and his Skybreaker Oaths, removing his powers.

I can edit my post to match yours, everyone.

"Let's be realistic" does. Not. Equate. To. Swearing. Two. Frickin. Oaths. Especially when literalot the only justification you had was because I "healed" from a wound(you made me get rid of being healed) and because I was wearing aluminum armor, which I obligingly removed.

My apologies, I thought I already told you that I won't be surge binding because you didn't heal. Apparently it did not post and is why you haven't seen me surgebind all fight.

Killing someones character instantly without checking with them is god modding, regardless of the relative realism of other peoples actions.

I Agree with voidus. Also we need a mediator for this fight. who wants to do that?

Hmmmmm..... Well, I'll be honest, Typhoon is gonna call it quits after you all respond.

Edit: Double posted when trying to edit, please don't kill me

My character is faster, stronger, and more endurable than anyone.

Hmmmmmm. (Sorry. That was uncalled for)

This has gotten a little out of hand. I suggest we restart the fight from when Akrasia lands, with someone to mediate it. I also suggest to anyone who is participating in the fight to read my duel with Itiah, as it is a pretty good example of what should be expected in terms of an RP fight.

Is everyone ok with this?

EDIT: Got ninja'd by Bit

Well, character developement for Hazekiller is where he fails his mission. So please now beat me up, but make it close.

Two coins shoot through the front door whizzing right next to Typhoon's ears but not quite making contact. Riathor then proceeds to smash down the door and walk through with a grin on his face and shardblade in hand (though holding it awkwardly) then says "sorry I took so long old friend nodding at Devaan I was dealing with something." He then clumsily levels his sword at Typhoon cutting through a chunk of the wall and almost dropping his weapon.

Near the bakery:

Mace slammed into the wall of a shop. He felt something inside him crack, so he emptied his gold metalmind a bit again. Now healed, he scrambled to his feet. He swung his arm into the window of the shop, shattering it. Glass fell like rain onto the display of cakes behind it. Mace grabbed one of the larger shards with his right hand, and a small cake with his left.

Looking around, he saw that Jaco had moved into the shadow of one of the buildings across the street. He was doing something with his hands, but Mace didn't have time to figure out what it was.

With a roar, Mace charged him head on. When he got close, he threw the cake at Jaco's head. Then he moved in closer, swiping at him with the glass.

Jaco reached up to push some cake into his mouth, and in doing so, blocked a shard of glass from slicing anywhere but the side of his arm. Which happened. And it hurt. “Ow, you cow, go cool yourself down!” Jaco yelled through a mouthful of cake. He ran blindly into a wall, knocking himself out cold.

Blood splattered on Mace's arm. Adrenaline pumped through his veins. Every instinct told him to continue his assault, to stab the arsonist until he bled like a pig.

No. He was better than this. He would think about this before he...

Did. Anything. Regrettable. Mace started storing speed. His body slowed down, stopping his arm from moving forward to finish the job. He quickened his mental speed, thinking through the events of the past few minutes. As he thought, he looked at the crumpled, vulnerable body of Jaco laying in front of him. I can't hurt this guy, he thought. At least, not like this. There's something I've missed. I need to figure out what it is first.

Mace quickened his speed back to normal. Kneeling down, he felt for a pulse. Jaco still had one thankfully, and a strong one at that. Mace used the shard of glass to cut part of his shirt off, then wrapped Jaco's arm with it. As he waited for him to awaken, Mace began to hum, imitating a catchy tune he'd heard a Parshendi friend humming once. He didn't know the words, but it had sounded cool.

I hope you don't mind SD.

As Mace knelt over Jaco's body, Storm came charging around the corner. In his hand he held what appeared to be a cane that he'd borrowed from someone.

"Duck Mace!" he shouted.

Mace ducked instinctively, leaving Jaco exposed. Storm swung, hitting Jaco on the side of his head. He moved to swing again, but Mace grabbed his arm.

"He's unconscious! He's not a threat anymore," Mace said. Storm dropped the cane sheepishly.

"Oh. Don't tell him I did that then," he responded before kneeling down to check on Jaco. "We need to get him somewhere safe. The crowd is looking annoyed at us."

"I know just the place. The half-collapsed basement level of a house a few blocks from here. The government used to use it as a soothing station I think. It's been empty ever since, save for the occasional illicit card games."

The two of them grabbed the unconscious body. Storm had had the foresight to tie Jaco's hands together with some rope he'd found. As the crowds pressed in on them, they took off, running for the underground hideout.
