Lezterp hit the button on his pretzel shaped comunicator, and teleported away. Im going to do a little thing people can read "So, Emit. Thanks for this." Lezterp said. "Lets go on a journey." Just as Lezterp disappeared, he immediately came back. He paused for a moment, and then threw the plotblade back to Rebel. "I got what I came here for. Now, for what Rebus sent me here for" I AM GOING TO SLEEP GOODBYE Spoiler The “plotblade” is fake - its only abilities are a compulsion to want to possess it and siphoning off the magic and soul of someone who holds it for too long - so holding it for too long would be bad. Investigating it would reveal a connection to the real Plotblade, which is of course the scepter. Lezterp would eventually notice this, and has enough magical power he wouldn’t be killed beforehand - Rebel killed a dozen guards quite a while ago with this same trick. Rebel caught the blade by the hilt, and glowing energy flowed off of it into him. 6 hours ago, TwinStorm said: "Fair." he nodded. "I . . . well, my Author, upon my return, gave me a Plotblade. A new one." he said, summoning a brilliant golden sword. "Crusade." A slow smile spread across Rebel’s face, both from the energy he’d taken from Lezterp, and from the opportunity this new Plotblade provided. “I think our partnership will be very productive…” 3 hours ago, TwinStorm said: oh my bad Fael sighed, and glanced at Rebel. "Give me the Blade or I'll kill you." he shouted upwards. "Maybe both." “If have no proof you won’t turn around and kill me afterwards. Kill that one, and I’ll give it to you - I know that if you can do that, I’d have no chance either way.” 5 hours ago, xinoehp512 said: "Alrighty then! I promise. Where do I sign?" “You just did - agreements with me are magically binding.” Rebus smiled, then continued, “what training do you want?”

"Could you give me the scepter? I have investigated the plotblade, and would like to investigate that too." Lezterp said. do you know who played Plot? I would like to ask him something about his character.

I don’t know about materializer physiology, but beings with a human concept of greed are compelled to acquire the sword - through bargaining, trickery, or violence. Rebel’s eyes narrowed. “My scepter will tear your soul out of your body. I am the only person who can control it.” I think everybody did - this was quite a while ago.

Taeidin drops it back in the pool, but it slides oddly off of his hand and falls down just slightly slower than would be expected. "What is this? I... it feels weird to me."

Probably, but you should read that portion of the Thread to insure you don't mess anything up (I don't know whether the search function is case-sensitive, but if so, you can use that). Huh. That seems really interesting to roleplay, and does pretty much counter anything Rebel could do to him. 12 hours ago, TwinStorm said: "It's a Plotblade." she said, maintaining her aim.
