He took him to some little Nullite caves.

In my head it works like protein chain makers- I forgot what they're called.

She nodded and waited to be released from where they were.

He sent a robot (that he did, in fact, just magic out of thin air [but not really]) into the cave to shape the Nullite that he could get into a fine dust, then brought it out of the Nullite influence in order to make a storage unit.

Wouldn't there still be particles holding the Nullite and other particles in place? Those would be vulnerable, probably only to certain Narrative commands, but say a Narrator was like "vanish". Then those would vanish and he'd basically fall apart, or the Nullite would fall out, or whatever.

It just seems like it wouldn't be super practical, is all. That's just my two cents, though.

Mmhh

Well

Im basing this off of previous interactions with like, Xino, when I did smt slightly similar.

It was a while, but seams appeared in a door shape and a woman stepped through. She was blonde and carried a little purse that seemed quite stylish.

"More?" She asked. "I thought for sure we had everyone who was free of Rebus."

Bat blinked at the forwardness. "Ah, well... I... think we're the last ones?"

She gave him a casual, two fingered salute. "Gotcha. Nice to meet you."

I personally think it could be cool to have an imperfect Nullite mechanic. Honestly tho, I'd be fine if it's a little wonky and doesn't make perfect sense, as long as you're not planning on stealing anything from my baby Bat -_^

Nah

it is imperfect

In other ways - for example, you can literally just rewrite or destroy particular as they exit the storage.

Imma be honest, I'm not good at physics. Or lore. Or uh 😅

so that might be why it feels weird to me :PP

..how tsp I reply to that?

Well, like, I geeeeeet the argument, but… it’s also contrary to my previous Nullite interactions.

(Explanation of what I said before: The particles inside the Nullite are protected, but as they exit, they leave the protection. The particles within can still do some magic, but not the near narration that the particles outside could do - because the Nullite limits. So they send particles out with bigger tasks (like recon or other). But the moment those particles exit the f Nullite, they are vulnerable to Narration.)

Huh. I guess I can live with that.

He sighed. “This isn’t getting me anywhere. Look, I’m going back outside. Follow or don’t. I don’t care.”

The girl waved back. "So what are your names and where are you from?"

She waited until Bat answered where he was from and said that she was from there, too.

Her watch beeped and Bat winced.

The girl glanced at it, then back to Tam, and frowned. "Your name...?"

"Nothing, sorry. I'd- I just thought you'd been here before."

She shrugged. "It's fine. Sorry."

Yeah, it was 😏

He made the "orbs" vanish.

Taeinid breathed out a sigh of relief.

"Thank you so much."

Looking around himself, he began to pick up little rocks from the ground. After inspecting each one carefully, some he threw away, while others he put in a small drawstring pouch.
